Swansea City Striker Jason Scotland has won the League One Player of the Month award for March.

He was won the Vital Swansea poll for March Player of the month, receiving 88% of the vote. Leon Britton followed with 4%, Butler 3% and Pratley 2%.
One of his goals last month included the superb strike to level the scoring at home to Bristol Rovers. From the right hand edge of the penalty box, he made his way inside before unleashing an unstoppable left footed strike into the top corner.
Chris Kamara, chairman of the Powerade Player of the Month Awards panel, said:

'Jason's performances have been improving all season and there's no doubt that he is capable of playing at a higher level.
'He is in excellent form this year as his position as the leading goal scorer in League One proves.'

Swans striker Jason Scotland has won the March Powerade Player of the Month Award in Coca-Cola League One.
Scotland was in stunning form for the Swans in March netting nine goals in eight league fixtures.
He began the month by scoring the winner away at Huddersfield, and followed this up with further strikes against Millwall, Northampton and away at Bristol Rovers.
The Trinidad and Tobago international, who has struck 29 goals in all competitions so far this season, then hit a brace at home against Bristol Rovers to rescue a point for his side
It was also enough to ensure that he picked up the coveted Player of the Month award for the second time this season.
Also short-listed for the March award were Nicky Forster of Brighton & Hove Albion, Paul Heffernan of Doncaster Rovers and Southend United's (on loan from Reading) Hal Robson-Kanu.

ThePoweradeAwards panel, chaired by Sky Sports pundit and Coca-Cola Ambassador Chris Kamara, made the decision. The panel also includes Paul Hetherington, Chairman of the Football Writers' Association, Malcolm Clarke, Chairman of the Football Supporters' Federation and James Williams, Head of Brand Experience, Coca-Cola Great Britain.
