Midway thru 1st half now, Argentina leading 1-0, Saviola in the 16th

Trezeguet miss a golden opportunity with a couple mins left in the first half. Argentina knocking nice, but France looking real dangerous on the break. Game going real nice

I find France looking real good. Dey had a real sweet counter-attack. Dey'll come hard in the second half, Argentina was mostly defending first half even though dey leading.

Dey does knock better than anybody else and get goals against lesser opposition but kinda lack a real offensive threat against big teams...well in big games.

No Diego to rip thru.

But watching them pass that ball around when other teams would lose it...beauty.

So far in the second half both teams look just about equally threatening.....maybe France just slightly more dangerous...but the game is fairly open, nice to watch
