Jack will rise again and the world will beg for him to come back and I hope he says NO !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Jack will clean up T&T. !!!

Jack will rise again?! huh?! Jack will clean up T&T ?! huh?! Seriously dude!!?? Tell him to produce the TTFF accounts first. Ask him (or yourself cause like you and JW are one and the same) to show the citizens of T&T how the annual Fifa subvention has been spent since 2006. Ask him what the 200+million that the govt gave was spent on. Tell him to back up his promise to remunerate the 2006 world cup players accordingly. Ask him why he try to bribe the entire CFU delegation....SHIT! ask him where he get all that US to buy! lol! Ask Jack how he rose to acquire that fifa position in the first place. Ask him why his two eldest sons have been before FIFA's ethics committee so many times. Ask him why the international court of arbitration for sport has basically called him a pathological liar, and why have they disregarded everything he has ever said re: bribery, Qatar and binhamman. Ask him why England and now the US are gunning for him. Then after you ask him all that....come back here and tell us what he said. Then take a drive around Trinidad and Tobago and tell me honestly how exactly having a jack as a FIFA vice president has aided the long-term development and sustainability of T&T football.
It quite obvious that you arent that knowledgeable about your idols behavior...look for a book called "Foul" by Andrew Jennings. Learn something. Now! go grab yourself a rag, or go wash your mouth, fingers and hopefully your brain...you should be banned...thinking and typing all that feces. Because Jack feed you, or pull some string for you, or give you a money from what he steal, or pay for something for your child, doesn't make him a good and honest football administrator.

Morvant people on the forum, can anyone gauge where along the Lady Young they can put a ground. And they talking about leasing Gilbert park for Connection.

There is a field off coconut drive; needs developing. You can see it on your right, after neal and massy (heading over the lady young into POS)

I'm a fan! i don't want to see teams play each other 4 and 5 times per season... I would imagine that more teams would lead to a more exciting (and more marketable) league... just saying.

Also, the league should think of its revenue generating capacity... at the moment its sustained mostly by government, digicel and member fees. If surplus funds are to be used for development, then in my opinion, it would benefit the league immensely if it were to include new clubs. As a matter of fact, membership growth should be a primary objective of the league.

Football is an industry, much like any other service industry... increasing your client base and improving the quality of your service offerings, are usually on top the list of priorities!!! therefore it seems silly to question the inclusion of a new legitimate addition to your league....I would be overjoyed, if i were in the CEO's position actually! New members provides opportunities to the league; They can offer increased incentives to potential sponsors (access to a new geographical (Chaguanas for eg) market, among other things), additionally, they generate increased member revenue (as discussed above)

i'm sorry...I think its bad PR to make comments like this in public...cause there is no legitimate argument that can justify it. As a CEO you have a responsibility to give the public accurate, justifiable information, no? Every year Mr Skeene tries to paint a fake picture of the pro league. The reality is the league is limping on; struggling for membership (new league entrants), problems maintaining current membership (teams folding), lack of revenue streams, very little match attendance, very little media exposure, few fans... etc. The pro-league needs Central FC and others, and that's what he should be saying, he needs to applaud and be appreciative of the fact that there is a new potential entrant to the league...

Skeene feels the country’s best footballing interests are served by an eight-team League so, if San Juan Jabloteh does secure a new sponsor, that would place a huge question mark over Central FC’s participation.
“I don’t think there is a large enough pool of players to have 14 or 15 teams without watering down the quality of the League,” Skeene said. “We had 11 teams at one point and we didn’t qualify for the CONCACAF Club Tournament whereas we have eight now and have two teams (DirecTV W Connection and Neal & Massy Caledonia AIA) in the competition.
“We had eight teams too when Jabloteh beat (MLS team) Chicago Fire. I feel eight is ideal but the Board will decide.” Dexter Skeene (Wired868)

IS THIS GUY SERIOUS!!!! Is he saying that the quality of T&T football will benefit from limiting the professional league to 8 TEAMS??!!

Do we, as fans, want to see only 8 teams compete?

i think you guys are being too hard on the president.

the President is correct! their should be standards and procedures in T&T football!! yes! standards for approaching potential players should be documented and adhered to, for fear of some possible financial and/or other risk. However, in my opinion, Central Fc are in the process of building a squad, and I believe they should be entitled to recruit in as fair a manner as is possible. I do not see how they could have gone about this daunting task, without contacting players. Footballers aren't registered, there isn't a database of players for potential clubs to access, or any representing body (or agent) to contact. There are no guidelines, laws, or precedent to follow in T&T football, and this is the real issue we should all be addressing.
we spend way too much time measuring cocks, and the true issue is lost!

to clear the air on player poaching! I was invited to tryout with Central fc in a casual manner, by a gentleman whom i hold in high esteem, why wouldn't I take up the challenge! I am 25 years old, and i've spent the majority of my boyhood dreaming about being a professional footballer...soo first session gone (and nobody say dont come back! HMM!) why wouldn't I be eager to attend the next one! I have not signed a document, i have not received compensation, the practice times don't clash with my club's....the only person that should kick a fuss is my employer; however, i am a 3.2/4.0 gpa marketing (and full football schol) graduate who is severely under employed, i do my job excellently yet only need half the day to do it..make me care!

I have been on many teams, mostly winning ones : QRC form 1(1 title), u14 (3 titles), Intercol (1 title). Joe Public u15 (2 titles), Super League (3 titles), Super star Rangers u16 (3 or 4 titles), Jabloteh u17, T&T National U17, Canisius College (USA), Buderim Wanderers (Australia- 1Title)...i'm a mothereffin winner lol... and i know a winning team when i see one...Do not belittle FC Santa Rosa, and the amazing work that Mr President has done. Many teams should definitely try to emulate Santa Rosa, and they should wish to be lucky enough to achieve what they have, and to churn out the players (quality and quantity) that they do!!!! FC Santa Rosa may not win the Super League this year nor next year, but i'm sure they will, and they may win it a whole lot of times!!!! one of the best for developing young players in my opinion. That being said, I was recruited to FC Santa Rosa in quite the same manner!!! I had been a registered Joe Public player for the last 2 seasons, yet i am now registered to play with FC santa rosa...a phone call and simple one pager was enough to see me play for a new team, i could not tell you whether or not the JP coach was pleased. and now i've been trying out for a pro-team, whilst registered to play super league, without the written consent of my super league team. Should this be allowed?! I think not! However, what other process is there to follow? As it stands, unless I am signed to a contract, if i feel to train with los iros united I can! Its not correct, but that is how it is....until we ALL can change it...

If you are of the view that football needs to developed from the grass roots, and emphasis needs to be placed on development...then you are totally correct!!! That is the way to move T&T football forward. However! if you believe that football can be developed from a professional level downwards...Then i'd say thats correct as well!!! That is the way to move T&T football forward.... If we stop arguing about the 'WAY' and take a look around us (head on a swivel) we would see what Mexico and Zambia has done within the last 5-6 years....Professionalism and Development work better in tandem guys... lets kill the dog fight...let that bs go out with the current regime...
