Very interesting indeed and when I watched the video I got a glimpse of what John Smith is about. It confirms my belief that he is what Michelle Lee Ahye needs in order to take her to that next level. She needs a technical coach... she may not have access to all that computer anaylsis etc because it is geared towards US athletes but she will be in great hands.

Right now she is training with BK, Candace McGrone and I think Natasha Hastings all of whom are good but their technique is not the best...

She won't fulfil her potential without proper attention to her technique. She'll be able to get some good 200 work in too.

It bugs me lol!
