A significant participant on the cultural and political landscape. Arguably a pivotal figure that we quite didn't quite appreciate or understand until the well ran dry. Ah not so sure, we get it even now.

P.S.

The former PM deserves a FIRM clout for inserting politics in her comments on KM's passing. Not only did she fail to treat the matter with the appropriate level of statesmanship, she also infused her public comments with inaccurate information. The fact that the accurate information is irrefutable, notoriously available in the public domain, and should be in the fundamental bank of knowledge known to any student of Trinidad & Tobago politics or actual politician, brings into question the Leader of the Opposition's industry, judgement, and intention.

Cheaply trafficking in political expediency may have its perceived merits, but inaccurately trafficking in it via death, is deserving of round condemnation from everyone -including those who sit with her.

National flags were flown at half mast today for Dr Kamaluddin Mohammed, a man most describe as a true patriot. Mohammed, a founding father of the PNM and an Independent Trinidad and Tobago, died on Tuesday night after ailing for sometime. See Video https://www.facebook.com/cnewslive/videos/10153722732245610/
