I like Pep and the style that he brings to Barca and the game, but he needs to stop being a little b!tch and stop complaining.

Here are his post-match comments:
Quote
“It is never easy playing against Italian teams but I’m very proud we tried to win the game. We lacked a bit of precision”

In saying that "I’m very proud we tried to win the game" ... he's echoing the same sentiments after the first round in this past CL semis at Nou Camp ... and saying that "It is never easy playing against Italian teams" is indicative that Italian teams tend to set up shop, and are more defensive. His/ Barca's style doesn't work for every team - and teams do not have to play his interpretation of the beautiful game to win.

Then compare it to Mourinho's:
Quote
“From the bench I saw two teams with great respect for their opponents, two teams well-organised in defence who gave little away .... In the second half Barca were better than us. Barca are the best team in Europe, not just the champions. An Inter under construction have done very well. If we scored we would have won but without deserving it.”

No wonder Mourinho is The Special One.

Inter is a better playing side than last season, and Barca is not as fluid (yet) as last season....Last season's Barca woulda won this game by 2 clear goals...and would have hammered last season's Inter.

That said, Barca on the overall balance of play could have probably snuk away with a win, but Inter had their moments especially in the first half, and managed to stay thick at the back and not get too stretched...the game shifted back for a long time before Barca won back control of the middle in the later stages.

Zlatan is not a Barca player...Zlatan thrives on isolation...Barca doesn't play that game- their game is more collective always involving a number of players in the near vicinity of the ball.

Lucio was probably man of the match today...as is he is very often...what a great player

Both keepers looked solid.  Abidal is at times positionally questionable, and Keita seems to have concentration issues

Muntari was awful...

Milito started very well and faded into oblivion by the middle of the 2nd half....Maicon as well.

Barca needs Iniesta back at full fitness to replicate last season's form...They kinda need Eto'o as well  ;D...

Disappointing end result but some high quality football on display for long periods

Inter will lose at Camp Nou.

What yuh think Pep telling Eto'o

                  Valdés
Alves -- Puyol -- Piqué -- Abidal
                  Touré
              Xavi -- Keita
  Messi -- Ibrahimovic -- Henry

77' Iniesta for Henry

What yuh think Pep telling Eto'o

Pep: Told you you wouldn't score on us- now where's my $500.00?

Eto'o: How 'bout I just buy you a new suit, you unstylish, ungrateful bastard....
