Ibra needs time, but I still don't think Barca is the team for him. Pep got Ibra  to give his team a different dimension when teams bunker down. Barca would then penetrate wide and rain crosses into the box. But Ibra is not exactly frightening in the air, so it seems the calculation was flawed (to date). Just as a casual observer, I really think Ibra would thrive in a club that plays with two up front. As a lone striker he seems very predictable and easy to defend against. Maybe Mancini would come in for him at City, since Tevez looks to be on his way out.

Similar to Berbasoft and some the limitations he shows and induces at United.

All the criticism of Ronaldo and yet he is responsible for keeping Real in the title race.
Its amazing how everyone says Ibra has to be given time to settle, yet critical of Ronaldo. Well he has been sensational in the last leg of the title race. Ronaldo now needs to step up Internationally, he is at the right age and has had extensive experience in WC's and Euro's.

:rotfl: :rotfl: I sure he does train fuh dem games hahaha. By the way Barca could have given Seville 6 today easy. Very wasteful. But with Bojan and Pedro their future looks good. Dem two with Messi and Alves had Seville back line hopping

For the umpteenth time, the idiot shouldn't have sold E'to.
But ah see wha he was trying to do when he buy Ibrahimovic.

Give jack he jacket, Ibra strong like an ox,
But he not in sync with the knock so far
It have potential though
A man like Torres would fit in that system nice. Physical, quick, and an excellent header of the ball

Barca ent sticking at all

Fabregas and Villa close to joining - Sky Sports

I really wanted Villa but I could understand why he would stay in Spain..he's almost 29..... 40 million pounds for a 29 year old is expensive though but he is absolute class so to me he's worth it

i don't see why they should be.

he stayed on for another season to fire them back into the champions league, and then at age 28 they get a whole 34 million pounds for him to balance the club's finances. Definitely an excellent piece of business that benefitted all parties.
