Time for the Ministry of Sport to give more $ to football
« on: November 16, 2013, 03:23:42 PM »
Seeing our recent run of good performances from our National senior team after such a long run of poor performances, just shows we do have talented footballers and it only took a good coach like Stephen Hart to prove this with the same players.

Is the Ministry of sport willing to inject more $ in football to hire more good coaches like Hart and for more development programs?

Definitely with more funding from the Ministry of Sport we can be one of the top football country in CONCACAF.

+1 Hart has done what some people would say impossible in a very short period. I have to say, it's impressive.

Why give more money when the team is doing good......seems we should give more when the team is bad and needs development.

It seems as though our success as a Football nation is built on the success our our national mens senior team, for our National men's senior team to be doing well all the other national teams, leagues includeing Minor League and what ever developement programes we have in the country must play a part for that to happen,we can't say don't give money because it's now Football need money more than ever before,Football is not a game u turn on and turn off,u are always preparing.

Check our National women's teams, our Youth teams men's U 16,U 19 etc we having problems to send them to tournaments, where are the development programs we always talking about, these things take money, this is what we have to try and impliment if we want to have a sustainable Snr national team.
