If this team plays to its full potential then they should beat Guadelope. ..Spann has not even been playing but yet still got called up  :-\..This is an opportunity for Telesford to prove to be a leader in a very inexperienced defence...And if Scotland does not start, I would still like to see him play because of the rate he is scoring right now..Keon Daniel will be the next local player to shine and hopefully land a contract with a quality european club

Trent didnt get called up??

Yeah kinda surprising for Trent to go from captain of the team to PR to off de team completely.  Maybe he's the one Maturana and Corneal didn't agree on...or just a victim of the numbers game and giving some of the younger mids a test at a higher level of competition.

Speaking of younger mids, I'm not as familiar with some of these fellas...can any of them run a left wing??  I see they list Samuel as a forward but is he our only option on the left?

Yeah. Left wing have me mystified. I think Pacheco play there for the Gold Cup. And I think Kerry Baptiste too. Not sure, though.

I made a stop by this morning session. Trent was present and involved. Cupid was not.

Ah know we all sentimental and ting, but if we playing 1 striker it have to be Kenwyne. The rest of that team is how I would also go, though.

we all know that we have 3 really good forwards...

kenwyne, scotland, and half slab.....could we mould one of these players into an attacking midfielder....

the depth of our team is obviously lacking...so putting one of these class players on the bench is pressure imho

stern has done so much for us upfront, and i cah see him anywhere else...and kenwyne upfront is a must....the small man big man combination would be lethal i think.....

has scotland ever played an attacking midfielder role? (similar to ronaldo)

Not sure about Scotland playing a midfield role in any of his past games but the forward position is his natural position...Now I dont think its a good idea to play a player in a role he is not familiar with, because that most likely will have a negative effect on the game.

Out of those three, Kenwyne is the worst finisher. And Stern and Scotty eh running around and tackling nowhere. So, if your plan is to start all three with one as attacking mid, the one best suited to that role is Kenwyne.

I could never agree with these coaches because they selected 30 players from the pro league for screening only for the overseas pros come in and play automatically.  This is wasting time because no striker from the pro league was chosen and I dont know which other country has screening for the national team. Playing for the national team is to be based on merit and not who has the best series of performances in a screening. Thats why players seek out of trinidad as soon as possible cuz not even the coaches has faith in the pro league
