Ingrid Bernard is the new assistant secretary, administration, so elevated to fill the void left by Mollineaud while Joseph Romeo is the assistant secretary, operations, taking over from Joseph.
Wayne Cunningham and Newton George are the nominated members.
General secretary of the association will be selected at the first general council meeting on a date to be announced.
But the outgoing man, Neville Ferguson is expected to keep his position.
Meanwhile, the league will kick off the new season on May 20 with a clash between T&T Pro League kings Joe Public, also known as the Eastern Lions, and WASA Clean & White, the FA Trophy winners.
