Some of them misses should not have made the video. If you a pro you should at least come near. Score or hit the top net or something.

That's how you teach younger players to hit the long ball. But you start on top the 18 yds box and then move toward the center circle from there.

 That was just fun...Not all professionals will come close...That is a good after training exercise...It may even come in handy in a game and the keeper off his line...Go T&T

Thats the miracle of the world...we all have different accents.haha of course we speak different from you guys, you are half way across the worls. To be fair though I can't even understand what Barry Robson is saying most of the time. He's a bit...you know.....special.hahaha

Oh and if you look through the rest of the clips in the view all section you get a great Jason Scotland goal from the 2005 Scottish cup semi final against Hibs, I duno how to upload it yet but go look cos it's a great goal.

There's a very popular Saturday morning football programme on British TV called SoccerAM , one of the regular features is the Crossbar Challenge which features a different British team every week .
