Is the dawn of a new day ?  Yes i do Believe what took place  in the caymans islands has  shone light  on what can potentially be achieved when all united fronts come together .collectively ... again  what these young ladies has done in terms of their performances and efforts  , i do believe is shine a light  on what needs to be done and can further be gained.... i am appealing  once again don't let efforts be vain .....i have just finished reading a very most refreshing article in the (Trinidad Express Sports)  and have to admit delight  with the welcome they've ( the team  players and officials  received......that's how it should be .done ... its uplifting..... to see the girls smile again  after what must have been emotionally tough ... cheers and thanks  again  young  ladies, coach izler brown   and  staff  keep up the good  work.....

Coops  listen  bro i am not here to fight down  or be  on any tit for tat , calm down  meh bro ... i imagined  you may have misssd my earlier posts  yesterday , otherwise  you would have realised i fully supported the team's( ladies)  effort, of which  i clearly mentioned...  i have no issues  with your reactionary response , however your response comes over as combative , as i have said i am not here to pick a fight with you or anyone for that matter , we all want what's good for the betterment / improvement of all sporting disciplines at all levels  throughout TnT, i am sure you will agree with that don't you ?  we also have differing opinions with all due respect , i hope we can appreciate that as well ,  again let me state clearly i have not attacked the ladies  nor have minimised their efforts one bit nor did i assigned blame to anyone all i stated was by appearances a lack of fitness/ fatigue may have been a factor in the loss  and plead  for is that all of  our teams men and women alike  be well prepared  when going to compete  , now if you want take issues with that then  what am i to say bro ....!!! again if you di not see my previous  post let me repeat i am proud of the women's effort.... and will continue  be fully behind any positive initiatives taken by  our football officials ... keep on posting  respect to you coops .. we aint here to fight down each other..

Still a bit  dizzy by the outcome of  yesterdays  game (Trinidad/Tobago vs Costa Rica ) ...... i am even more convinced a lack of fitness, ( fatigue)   was a key  factor in the lost yesterday ..   one just has to take a look at the stats during the second period of the  game !!  a clear  sign of a lack of fitness....... i am making a direct plea to the powers that be ...in this  case to the President and general  secretary of the TTFA and other  officials attached to national team football , please . please let us all ensure  that  adequate  and  preparations be given to all national team's , be it men,/ women / or youths.... let us not keep repeating the same errors with such frequency ........The key is long term  continuity ..... we cannot be truly serious when sending any national teams to competition with  1 month  and a half preparation  expecting  to win  its   laughable  .....   my simple Plea is  lets do things properly  and have our teams given all the tools to compete well so we can all be proud of them ... when wearing the red white and black....  .....  i just want to add Mr sheldon phillips and Mr richard tim kee   keep up the work ,

first up milkyx  all due respect to you , many have expressed disappointement , frustration, even downright anger , and to be fair to all,  some  if not all have a right to such ! keep in mind our ladies football  is in  many aspects still in its early years  yet , ( infancy)  .. we have made stride   , we  will hopefully continue to grow and  blossom into one of the regions top teams ,  that should be the objective  with continuity at all levels ..... i sincerely hope our federation don't lose sight of that .!!....    i  hear you  loud and clear , do not dispair , hopefully with the right mechanism put in place by our present  football federation and officials,  the moment to celebrate will be all ours not long from now ......   with that being said  i'm proud of the ladies  for their efforts........... from all appearances a lack of  fitness was a factor today.......  ..

Elan  i really do not get the impression anyone is underestimating costa rica  or any other team for that matter, its all about   respecting   each team  ,  as i have duly mentioned , fear no team ... matters not who we play ...... thats a mentality we must step away from , yet at the same time respect  each team , i am here to encourage and support  our  team ( Trinidad /Tobago)....  let others focus on theirs  its simple as that....  all due respect elan .... we have not achieve the goal of qualifying  as yet but  should strive to get there,  a game at a time ....

Having seen the highlights  of the... Mexico vs Trinidad/Tobago match...  i am absolutely convince  as i have previously stated  there's nothing to fear where mexico  or any other team is concerned. as a matter of fact the mexican  team is nothing special  in my view .  as a matter of fact the goals conceded were soft goals .....  its a pity this Trinidad/Tobago team did not have ample time together as i have seen some notable talent in the squad ....... i hope the lessons learnt from this game against mexico  can be catylist to build on for the upcoming games .... i do believe and have faith in this team of players  .... they need to regroup and remain focus ..... wishing all the players the very best  ........you all can get the job done ... play on,  fight on   we believe ... yes you can ..  believe  in your abilities young ladies ...... remain focus ..  ........ have no fear and  get the job done

sHOTTA......The objective is to  win  games,  be abit more positive than that ...... with all due respect  to all the other competing teams ....lets take it a game at a time,  but with all that said  the idea is to win .. fear no team  , get away from the notion we might win against mexico , might should  not  even be entertained its a competition  and we  going there to win ...... should we lose so be it but  we competing to win ........  ah doh believe  for one minute we should fear no team to hell with  that...

Resignation to defeat before the game has even been played )(..... what the heck is that wha happen people  ??  do  not disrespect we players like that ...we won against argentina b4  in 1967  and can do it again  ah doh care if they bringing 10 messi's  , is men against men wtf  ........ no disrespect to messi and he gang of  star players but i don't believe selling ourselves short one bit ...... should the right approach be applied on game day  june 4th .. i have every reason to believe our team can surely give argentina a solid  workout ....... players and staff should have that belief , commitment and confidence.... forget the notion of fear ......that  must change ......  get out of that sinking  mentality.!!!!!!... argentina can be beaten ... if one cannot believe  that then stay home ..  ... that is why costa rica , honduras , and even panama are where they  are in footballing terms at the moment .. is that self belief which makes a huge difference .....

First i wish  to extend sincere  condolences To the family and loves ones of  akeem adams on his  passing , sad indeed   keep courage ......I'm quite frankly still in shock ..! did not know what to make of the news as it relates to akeem  adams  passing ..... Today having  read an article in the trinidad newsday sports written by an hungarian  blogger surely puts some things into perspective as it relates to young Akeem adams and the sort of impact he certainly made with his presence in hungary and other places  he visited, and lived ... i don't want to put spoil on an insightful article , but can simply say today i felt really emotional having read it ......... to the adams family ........you've given the world a gift in a wonderfully parented young man in akeem adams  be proud ..... please accept my sincere sympathy....

Cool it  folks , cool it on the  youth man  winchester,  encouragement is the key to the young man ....wasn't it recently  praises were heaped  on him  and  now it appears  some are ready  slice him to pieces  for a missed opportunity in a game outside trinidad calm  down folks:)  it being his  first international in jamaica at that is a baptism of fire , which i do believe a young promising player like him needs to further develope his craft......   he can only benefit  with such exposure , along with the other young players as himself ....

 deeks i couldn't agree with you more ...  its been longstanding question  to me , why is 2 of the most popular  teams (malvern and maple) in all of trinidad and tobago football  not forgetting the many memorable epic  batlles between them ,  along with teams like colts . harvard ,dynamos,  paragon and luton town...to name a few .... simply flew off the radar . its really a shame....... damn yuh ketch meh dey deeks..  .......... as we here on the topic  , why the heck  was the north  / south classic ....  they should return to such ..... with the best players for the viewing public to see

??   who are our  top notch football  presenters / commentators at the moment  and  can they compare to the likes  of  tony williams , raffie knowles etc ..... as a lil youth i recall listening to them men live radio  commentaries.... what a joy it was hear them ....  tony williams regularly covered college  matchups   the man was a boss commentator.  even though  you may not be present  at the games ,.is like you were seeing  it live    .....
