For Dortmund and Nuremberg you can hop on a subway. Kaiserlautern is walking distance from the central station. For maps and details see

Hi there,
I am from Nuremberg. My husband is Trini. You can take the U 1 from Hauptbahnhof or you can take the S-Bahn as well. They might have also special busses.
If you need and information please let me know.

Göcklingen is a tiny place - who you know there? Anyway it's 367 km from Dortmund, 290 km from Nuremberg, and 35 km from K'lautern.
There are a few places called Lahm, do you have a postal code?

I've heard a few people mention U1 instead of S2. Isn't it less of a walk from the S2? Is there some advantage taking the U1? Does it run more often?
