Warm up, stretch, pack yuh drinks and food, the sweat is on, on saturday 4th 2006
Come out for a day of fun and enjoyment with the warrior nation family. Walk with your cooler and come down and lets sweat. Its going to be BIG goal so do like dwarika and start training NOW to be in shape for Saturday. ::) ;D
REQUIREMENTS
1. Yuh Cooler Wid Drinks ( NB. Andre Samuel and oconnorg are carib and stag drinkers respectively )
2. 2 Jersies - 1 white, 1 red
3. Tugs and shin guards if yuh have cause Shotta tekkin no prisoners
4. Magic Spray ( see reason in point 3)
5. Big Towel ( to hide your head in shame after morvant man cap yuh)
6. Some food for your self and committee members. ;D ;D
We will choose the teams on Saturday so be there on time. i.e. 11 am T&T time.
For those who still have their fees to pay and , call me at 687-6010 day or night for us to arrange this quickly.

Will there be pom pom girls ::), a big banner announcing the occasion and a food stall ? or we walking with we eats too ?
What about a DJ pumping sweet, melodious harmonies of fun and cheer, lofting across the field of battle ?
If men bring they children, it have thing to keep them busy while game going on ? yuh know how dem yutes does get restless fast and end up in all kinda mischief :duel:
or want to end up on the field with they father...or mother man as the case may be ;D

I already apporached Trinicana to be our POM POM olady but she is in VERY high demnd and mucho expensivo.. Warrior Nation could not afford the $1500 an hour price tag.... ::)

let meh see if ah could help out with this question too......yuh have to walk with a white jersey and a red jersey because one team wearing white and the next team wearing red.............so since yuh dont know what team yuh would be on until the day itself yuh have to walk with both colour jerseys just incase yuh get pick for the red team or the white team......ah hope that help ;D

PROCEEDURE FOR TOMORROW SWEAT.
Team Allocation.
Based on the registration numbers, there are supposed to be enough men to have 4 teams.
Since Goalies are scarce ;D 4 goalies will be set aside, one for each of the teams. All other members will draw numbers from a plastik bag. The numbers are labled 1 - 4, and the people drawing similar numbers will play on the same team..
For obvious reasons, one side will wear red, and the other will wear white.
No Bad tackling.. No Biting, No Fighting else yuh getting PUT OUT and Ban from the site for ah month, not to mention yuh getting ah red cyard.. >:( >:(
There will be ladies in attendance.. PLEASE, fellahs, Do not HARRRARS the young ladies.. This action is reserved for the Comittee members.. :D
Ladies.. Pum Pum Shorts are MANDITORY.... ::)

I didn't expect it to have so much people coming out...I was expecting about 30 to 40 including women and children. But if is four teams (44 minimum) then all that mean is that a little more organising go have to take place. We would need at least two big pots, two burners and two tank ah gas. If men walk with some of the ingredients we could pull it off. I have potato and yam home already...enough for one pot ! I could also link up some fish from on the bay this evening and season it up. A couple men could bring a hand of fig each...is about $2 - $3.00 for a hand of fig. About 20 ochres.....we could pull it off if man serious.
It have place to bubble food in the grounds. It wouldn't be nice to walk with all them thing and then somebody say "we doh allow cooking on the premises". Better yuh put out a thread so men could respond on that fast.

More Notes about tomorrow.
Due to the many unfit people ;D, the game will consit of 30 min halves, with a 10 min break in between halves for men to smoke and drink.
Each team will elect a coach for the day ;D he is responsible for making substitutions. The Four coaches will be named
--Leo Benhakkar (Benie man)
--Alvin Corneal
--Anton Corneal
--Bertille St Clair
They will be called by their new name through out the day.. Remember coaches, there are no horrible players, just bad coaches. :rotfl:
This will be the format for the mini tourny
12:00 noon - Team 1 vs Team 2 (1st Match)
1:30 pm - Team 3 vs Team 4 (2nd Match )
3:00 pm - Loser of First Match vs Looser of Second Match ( 3rn and LASS place )
4:30 pm - Winner of First Match vs Winner Of Second Match ( 1st and 2nd Place)
6 pm till - Picong and frolicing
Teams can choose their OWN names if they wish.. NO team however can choose the name "Soca Warriors". That name is special , and besides, yuh might get in trouble with TTFF for copy write infringement.. ::)
