Title: Who would win a home and away series? Falkirk or San Juan Jabolteh
Post by: ribbit on July 27, 2006, 02:19:46 PM
Not trying no basket with the Falkirk fans. Juss trying to assess where the PFL is in relation to the SPL. I think this would be a nice friendly for both teams.

What do you think?

I haven't seen Falkirk play (entire 90 mins), but I think Jabloteh could take them on T&T soil...and with good coaching could fight for some scraps away. Based on Jabloteh's past results in CONCACAF champoinships against MLS teams, I have faith that they can play well in a familiar environment......not sure how good they will be in preparing to get good results in the cold.

Beat me to it ;)

Seriously, the rest of the Falkirk players would be at the side of the pitch drinking water every minute in San Juan :D

You would also need to have portable toilets at the side of the pitch as well! :D

what an interesting topic ...

in my ignorance I have no idea what level San Juan Jabolteh are at , on their day Falkirk can compete with the best teams in Scotland , on others they can struggle against teams from the lower leagues ...

if we use the fact that Bleeder and Latas are not first choice players at FFC where does that leave the debate ?

That just means that your manager is even worse than Terry Fenwick who coaches San Juan

In Trinidad in 32 celsius hot sun......Jabloteh

In Falkirk in -10 celsius cole no ass weather....Jabloteh might take 6

Seein is a home and away series and given that Jabloteh fold like a Patraj roti de las time dey play one a dem against Chicago Fire and give up a 5-2 lead to lorse de overall tie....Falkirk.  Chicago was cold dah time too...not -10....but cold still.
