I understand where you're coming from, but most European and probably just as many South American football teams (national and club level) has a racist element. Not to pick on Europe or South America...I just don't really follow Asian and African leagues - but you can bet there's quite a bit of racism/ethnicism/xenophobia...whatever in leagues across all continents. What do you mean by a racist culture? I am curious where you draw the line.
