Title: United vs CHarlton
Post by: JDB on February 10, 2007, 11:06:29 AM
Nothing much in the match other than the goals and Wayne Rooney.

For those who say Rooney is over-rated, a few flashes in this game showed how high his football IQ is.

One play he hat a man in the box, bringing down a long ball on his big toe and almost scored.

A next play he chase a man down to the corner flag and execute a perfect sliding jam, a play that is almost routine for him now.

And then he set up the second goal with a very intelliegent ball into space.

Can't rate this youth highly enough.

Wayne n Cristiano GEMS....BUT das d offensive side of the ball....Chelsea have Obi Mikel who  is IMO better than messi as a midfielder(dnt believe look at the Youth championshisps thy matched up against in...mikel dribbled the whole team including messi...)

Lasana Diarra who seems to be a essien/makalele type with good flair...imagine what he will grow into

And of course chelsea answer to Cristiano..Arjen Robben...22...and close to being as good as ronaldo if he were to stay consistent...and then there is Kalou....

so whilst united have 2 we have 4  ;D

If Arjen Robben is the answer to Cristiano Ronaldo, the question can't be football related.

And to say "if he were to stay consistent" is a big, big "if".

As for Chelsea having 4 as opposed to United having 2 what is the point of having the  if they don't play.
