Title: Whats wrong with my JAVA ?

Every time I try to use youtube is gives me this message.

Hello, you either have JavaScript turned off or an old version of Macromedia's Flash Player. Get the latest flash player.

I have the latesst flash player and I believe my Java is turned on since I followed many help websites for this any one has ideas to help me

you could try re-installing java.
