i would say one of the following usual suspects:
- brazil
- italy
- argentina
- germany
- england

dark horses:
- ivory coast
- holland barring the usual implosion
- france if they get rid of domenech
- portugal. eh know if they go be as good under quieroz.

but the chances of TT winning the WC is slimmer than Tobago breaking off from Trinidad.
