Here is some history on the name.    Seems that they have a couple of products that are plays on words:

Goats Do Roam = Côtes du Rhône
Goat Roti = Côte-Rôtie (roasted coast in French)

Seems the French wine organization AOC has tried to stop them from using the names but the guy actually has goats on his property so on he goes....

found it at the LCBO here in London.  $19.95 (943175)

Not a bad wine at all ...

David Lawrason

This is a quite elegant, dense and firm syrah. The nose is more reserved than I expected with blackberry, vanilla and tarry notes. It's medium-full bodied, nicely balanced and fairly smooth with a firm, more mineral and tarry/rubber tire finish typical of Cape reds. Well put together; and the length is very good to excellent. Firm, well embedded tannin suggest it will age well. Best 2013 to 2018. Tasted December 2012
