Here you go.
Probably should be in "Entertainment and Culture"?
EDIT:
The film itself (and the thread title suggests it) might belong in the other sub-forum, but having watched the film the subject matter appropriate for discussion here :beermug:
"Lights Man"... pardna well articulate. In a sense he remind mih ah Ted "homeless man with the golden voice" Williams.
Street vendor... "vendoring". But other than that yuh have to feel for them people boy. The old fella at the very end makes a very poignant observation regarding the punishment as it befits the crime.

Lol... nah man, yuh cyah fault ah fella fuh being surprised. Normally de street people and ordinary hustlers doh go far in school or even if they did, they talk a certain way. Compare him tuh de old fella, de street vendor and de taxi driver. He clearly stands out.

Lights man real articulate. Even the others, though not as articulate as lights man, do get their points across. Although heart wrenching, it still nice to see a local documentory done by US about US. Hope Jonah and the Trini independent "flim" makers continue their good work. Just remember long ago people use to laugh at Indian films. Tell me who laughing now.

Good stuff, life on the streets of POS....sad to hear the circumstances the vendor lady has to go through working 12 hours through the night just to make $200. I agree with rotatopoti3, this should be aired in all media outlets.
