what allyuh plan allyuh carnival retirement age to be...if at all?
it must come a time when yuh too old for the road and fete...too old to soca.
ah mean nobody want to be the uncle in de fete.

No fellah.. It have nothing like carnival retirement, the only thing to stop yuh is disability.
When yuh become an uncle, then yuh go to uncle fetes daiz all.. UWI, Fatima, CIC all-inclusive, Over de Hill Boys etc etc... Play mas with ah Minshall, McFarlane or Trini Revellers and Jouvert with ah pan side band.. And when yuh really get old, it have Sailor mas.
My parents does play mas religiously and they going on 70 and my grandmother play mas till she was almost about 80.
