Tobago.  This is not Guyana's A team, they have a couple of guys who from the team that beat T&T in November (namely a couple of T&T based players like Moore, McKinnon, etc., though I'm not sure they would've played in this one) and the rest were mainly fringe players (if even that) during the Qualifiers.  This is a similar team that would play in the early rounds of the Caribbean Cup or something.  Haven't seen the full team, but judging by the Tobago scorers thats no excuse though.

Some cut arses are just more difficult to get over than others.

No Guyana is not that special. Everybody knows it. They just have more heart than TT.
