The standard of cricket in the region is laughable....and the really disappointing thing about it is that the players don't lack the technique or talent ; they lack the intelligence and mental resolve needed to be successful.

I took in the Barbados innings. Our bowling was good, nothing spectacular, just steady and the pitch was a little uneven with the bounce, but nothing that proper application couldn't overcome. Our bowlers lost focus when they got to the tail and start to bowl short. We've only gone past 200 against Guyana, CCC and the Leewards, teams who will finish below us in the league anyway. We need to do better against Barbados, Jamaica and Windwards. The batting in the region needs to get better.

Bimm need 44 and batting 22-0. Well we does play 2 day 1st class cricket so we play 2 day I eh sure what class it was but it last 2 days.

After the licks we just got, we now have to go to Jam for the semi-final.
Windward will host Bim in the other. If we get past Jam we will be the road team in the final.

I propose that for the semi's and final the teams should unanimously agree to forfeit their first innings and make those matches a one inning per side affair....dem fellas clearly not able with a full 4-innings match ::)
