Title: Best test bowling average (min 200 test wickets)

VB, yuh coming too hard with these qus, so lemme make it a lil more interesting

Without research (cricinfo, wikepedia etc), who has the best bowling average in tests (least # of runs conceded per wicket taken).

Nah, not Murali, Murali average was 22 odd, there are a few people who have taken over 200 test wickets with lower averages, easy hint, couple of them from the island of Barbados

My guess is Joel "Big Bird" Garner, not only because ah was ah big fan, but he was very economical wit dem yorkers he was bowling at will.

We getting close, he's actually # 2 all time (200+ wickets), with this answer and the hint should be clear who's #1
