Title: Homeless man: I was paid to carry racist placard

It have people hungry in Trinidad and the government does stand by and do nothing... read sad and disheartening.. Using the people to propagate this racism, instead of just giving them money to get something to eat.. >:(

Nobody knows for sure who paid him. All we know that there are people who willing to go very low.

Chaguanas West had something like that...some hoodlums going about Felicity in fake green jerseys causing random trouble. So....who really knows?
