I don't think the star English players would commit to this friendly considering the English Premier League would have been completed two weeks prior.  I see England bringing a second string side.

Does England usually do that? Play a 2nd string squad.. Do you know if it's been done in the past... I assume they too are warming up go WC games? You could be right though..but an England 2nd, 3rd.. squad is good sweat!

Looks like it may very well be a second string squad as they flying to the states on the 24th. That is de day before Champions League final and Chelsea and Liverpool may yet be in de finals.

I would be surprised if England travels with a 2nd string team. Most likely they will travel with a full squad (barring injuries and commitments) and let the senior members play limited minutes.

Either way I will try to be there once the price not too ridiculous.

again our concacaf opponents are playing world class opposition, while we watch bertille plan a vacation in england. please please please ttff schedule a decent opponent for our full squad to prepare with!!!!!!!!
