My Predictions (feel free to add your own) :

An over confident USA will be stunned when they finish third in group A.

Honduras peak too early and bow out along with a stuttering Sven lead El Tre (leaving many to question his coaching-calibre as he is instantly fired).

Haiti and El Salvador, fall victims to a Dutch influenced Suriname and a shaky Costa Rican side that is destined for bad-licks in the Hex.

Qualifiers for the HEX:

Group A

1. Guatemala
2. T&T

Group B

1. Canada
2. Jamaica

Group C

1. Costa Rica
2. Suriname

Come on, leh me dream ah little bit nah...(lol)

Doi! Doi! Doi!

Then......I guess you predict Ja and TT top the Hex and reach quaterfinals at wcup 2010

This game may be the good one for Haiti at senior level....a win. Haiti will probably have 5 players play in 2nd and 3rd division in France since their league will finish May 16 plus Lesly fellinga (BVveedam-Holland), Josue Mayard (notodden-Norway) and Desmarets (Vitoria SC-Portugal). Anyway, Haiti will bring a strong B team with only few players missing and hopefully that Jamaica bring their l............

Guys,

Officials from Haiti said that they receive calls from Digicel stating that 5 players from Haiti were picking to go to Sunderland. Yeah, 5 from Haiti (Guesmly, Fabien Vorbe, Wedner St cyr, Elusma and Renaud Brisly) that is incredible performance for Haiti. if it is true, that will show the level of real talent Haiti has compared to other caribbean teams.

Guys, believe me Haiti is way way better than any caribbean team in terms of real talent pool...but they do not have money, infrastructure and expertise (agents to put players abroad and having enough sponsors) to really compete with Trinidad, Jamaica and other concacaf team. As Haiti Federation starts to work for soccer and as the government starts finally to work to get Haiti out of this deep poverty, I can see Haiti become shortly (max 5 years) a dominant team in the concacaf region.

Right now, we are at the Jamaica level in 1996.....looking for players with Haitian background in Europe, so far we found 15 players. Anyway CFU will just become stronger and able to compete strongly with CAFunion (central America).

I can not wait for Barnes to name officially the 5 Haitian players.

Football / John Barnes impresses by what seeing in Haiti!

Digicel Clinics Head Coach, John Barnes, watching attentively by the sidelines, commented on the talent: "Haiti lives for football and you can see this through the reception the clinics have received from supporters over the last three days. I have already seen five or six players that are definite contenders for the six to go to Sunderland. I have seen a high level of football in Haiti. If the quality I've seen here is everywhere in the Caribbean, then Caribbean football is in a healthy state."

Guys,

Look at Haiti foreign based pool. From the list, only 2 players have not confirmed yet (Kim Jaggy still dreams to play for Swiss in Euro and Alexandre in Mexico). Do not be surprised if we make big noise at the olympic qualifications in March. Just to tell you that at Digicel it was our B team too. From the list, only 3 players were there.

In the past, Haiti uses to line up 2 or 3 foreign players after the GC. The mentality of Haitians staff change after seeing what Guadeloupe achieved. Now they focus a lot to increase their foreign based pool. We beat Ja U23 with 6 foreign based (including 2 in the bench). It proves us that Ja is not that better but the always have a psychological advantage with a strong foreign based.

At U23, we bring our foreign based then we got the results with style. For final phase in march, we will have most likely 10 - 12 foreign based players in the lineup, so no fear of Adu, Altidore or Dos Santos. On a bad day, US 23 can loose against us.

The long  conjoint supremacy of Ja and T&T over the caribbean is really over. We have a decent foreign based pool to compete with both of you, which any other carribean team does not have. Local players against local players, I do not think that any of them (JA and T&T) is far away of Haiti. The difference was always based on foreign based and we are closing the gap very quick....ANYWAY GUYS YOU WILL SEE BY YOURSELF AT THE OLYMPIC QUALIFICATIONS FINAL PHASES.

Whatever Picong is....

you guys conceded six goals in 2 games playing at home to caribbean opponents is bad...Jamaica conceding 3 playing in Haiti is bad too...but I believe based on what I saw of the Haiti Jamaica game on TV last night, Haiti's football will rise to the top of te Caribbean one day. They had a stadium full of passionate supporters for yesterday game...you would think its a world cup elimination game. Give this country half the resources Jamaica and T&T posess today and they will be beating the likes of Costa Rica on a regular basis. I mean, the US$iM Jamaica paying Bora to coach ourt senior team..if the haitian football association had that sort of money its game over.
Quote

Reggaefan...man u said it . I have been triyng for at least five years to explain Trini and Jamaicans... u are ahead of Haiti simply because of money. we really have passion. Reggaefan I tell u something our stadium is even full when our woman teams play even when our U15 play..u imagine the passion is there.. As well as talents and bigger pool of players than any  caribbean team. The only thing missing is money and political stability which we are having right now. One of the reason of Haiti success right now is Digicel that comes to Haiti...imagine this country with another sponsor the same likes of DIgicel....it will be US and Mexico here we come. Not to bother u guys (trinis and jamaicans), u should not be ahead of us...u are not deserved it. U there based on money and diplomacy (Jack...CFU rules by Jamaicans and Trinis).

Guys, 3 to 5 foreign players will be added on that team when serious stuff will come. I strongly believe we can qualify if we meet Mex n Us in a bad day.

Jamaica 2099

WHere are u? u lost my friend 2-1. That s the end of your 2007. Go home smoke wird and listen some bob..better luck for 2008.
Why did u lose? Let me guess voodooooo...water...intimidation..referee... blahblah........whatever u lose!

10
Oh yeah Sam.. To add on  1 of ex patriat in Bahamas ''Lesy St Fleur'' scored for Bahamas against Jamaica.

11
Sam,

You deservea big bravo, clapclap because u have the gut to admit simple fact-in 2007 Haiti is the best. However let s clarify these points:

1) Players running away...now we increase our foreign base players just to make sure when 1 local runs away that he will replace by a better foreign player.
2) Yeah..we have 3000 in trinidad..One of them Toussaint play for Trinidad and he gave you the victory in the last meeting. We kind of help u
3) A classic french lesson: Jean, Pierre, Jacques, Marie are the most common french name.
3) u had 8 titles and me 1....this is a subject that is above your knowledge..Jack make u believe that...just to give you some tips. when caribean cups start when shell cup starts...I think that you should do your reasearch prior 1989 to see. All I can tell you '' Jack Warner starts to count when he took control'' but football were playing in Caribbean way before 1989.....anyway!

In the next 5 to 10 years, we will become stronger provided that there is no political turbulence in Haiti. With our population and our love for football, any caribbean team should not be ahead of us. Anyway....I see this coming slowly...U17, U20, U23!

Jamaica2099,

You are the most ign.. fan I have ever discussed with. How the hell u said''Haiti's population slightly larger''...fellas it is 3 times bigger. It is your population mutliply by 3. What I am saying, right now, in 2007 we are the best caribbean team and the one that has more achievement. Again, today no matter the score u will go home..even with a win. So, you will finish the year with any achievement get eliminated or failed to reach the last phase in all major regional tournament.

U got to admit it, 2007 it is not Jamaica'year. 2007 it is Haiti year. It is a simple fact. Dude it hurts but it is true. Hopefully, in 2008 both Jamaica,Trinidad and Cuba will do better in order to represent proudly caribbean teams at the wcup.

Football / TrueTrini..Jamaica2099..come on ..the current best is Haiti!
« on: October 13, 2007, 09:21:24 AM »

Guys,

Let's make it clear up front. Haiti is coming very strong and it is the current best team of the caribbean simply because the country becomes politically stable and working toward financial stability. As a simple fact, Haiti has 4 times population of Trinidad and 3 times of Jamaica population. On top, the population of Haitians abroad is more than trinidad population. Everything equals, we should have a much better chance to have a better team than any carribean team. Again, the only things that have been kept us are politics and economy. I can tell u, our current government is starting to work as a decent government in any decent country.

Now let's talk about achievement for 2007 (Truetrini and jamaica 2099):

1) Haiti won the CFU cup (which determines the best team in the caribbean)
2) At the last Gold cup, we are the only carribean team that earned 2 points. this year, we had decent results against decent teams: we beat Honduras, Panama 3-0, tied Costa Rica. While Jamaica and Trinidad either get whipped by this team or failed to beat them.
3) Haiti won the tournament U17 in Trinidad which determines the best U17 on top we earned a point at the Wcup U17 against an ex U17wcup winner..France. Add on that the ref refuses us one goal.
4) AT U20, we finished ahead of Jamaica in the phase in Haiti. And we only missed the U20 Cup for 1 point while Jamaica finished at the last.
5) oh yeah Jamaica beat us at Pan Am games when we bring our U17 heroes. Now (today,,,U23) I ll see what they can do when they match players at the same age.

Both of you clearly are out of the track....Haiti is the best team caribbean team of 2007.

Warnings....the supremacy of Trinidad and Jamaica on the caribbean is definetly over:

1) For U23, don't be surprised if we even go to the olympics we have 4 players who play in the french second division that will join this team after this stage. Right now we have 6 oversea players ( 2 from argentina, 2 from Holland, 1 Italy and 1 USA) in that team that will face Jamaica today. Humm...jamaica 2099..u need 4 clear goals.... good luck for tonight!

2) For senior team, right now we are scouting players in europe. I can tell you we have more than 20 players from all over the places in Europe (France, Norway, Spain, Dannemark, Italy, Holland and Portugal). Hopefully, the federation will have money to bring them. Guys Get ready for wcup qualifications....it will be a war for us..Mexico and USA are our targets now.

Guys, see u after today games.

This freaking CFU website is very ''bias'' or has a problem against Haiti...did not even mention Haiti, caribbean champion of Youth and senoir, in the ranking. I wonder if it is a real CFU or another site to talk about Trinidad and Jamaica football. Anyway..dont give a them

16
Guys, I thought you were realistic people......but it seems that you are all blind. You can not admit that based on last results Haiti is the best. It is true: just look at the results:

Trinidad lost against  Panama, Salvador and get whipped by Costarica 4-0 no matter what team they lined up

Haiti beat Panama 3-0, Salvador 1-0, and tied with Costa Rica 1-1 on top tied with Chile, beat Honduras 3-1

Jamaica......joke (at least right now)..They get whipped by Vietnam 3-0, lost against Chile 1-0, tied with Panama 1-1 that we just whipped.

A realistic person will tell you based on current results Haiti is the best.

Look at let s be clear. It is 100% true that Trinidad and Jamaica have a much better large pool of oversee players than any other carribean team. Therefore, they have a better chance to have a more competitive team than any other team. That s true.

But, right now, for whatever reasons both teams can not perform. I am working with the Haitian Federation to find oversee players with Haitian roots..you know what we are trying to close the gap very soon Haiti will be able to line up 8 to 10 european based players.

Guys please leave this story about B...C...D...E team OK  because the best team of Haiti is not showed up yet. We won the Caribean Cup without:

Fabrice Noel (MLS), Jn Peguero (brondby), Jn Jacques (Nantes), Sony Norde (Boca Juniors), Frantz Bertin (Atletico Madrid B) and Abel Thermeus (Levante B), Wagneau Eloi (Roselaare, Belgium)....

Do you think it was our A team well.....find out yourself based on facts mentioning above.

To respond to Junior: come to the earth and be informed we beat your U17.....whatever u may  think our U17 beat you...come on with 73...Ref make  mistake what u think that Mexicans will act like u after the ref called  for the penalty in Goldcup final.

To respond grskywalker: be patient (less than a year) as I said we will have a strong A team very soon so we will be able to compete toe by toe with your....whatever team...A, B, C...... as well as whatever team Jamaica will line up.  I am personnally in contact with some decent European based players.

Guys be a real man....need to accept facts..dont be blind and stop finding excuses...just accept!

Football / Re: UNCAF Results
« on: February 12, 2007, 07:47:39 PM »
Guys CFU staff has to start to think differently:

How come Jamaica is out? Even though I dont like them. For sure, Jack is responsible(maybe he tried to block Haiti - maybe wcup74 story going on!!!). Guys, I will back my saying:

1st round:
Haiti and Jamaica in the same group- 2 of the 4 best team in the region While you have 6 groups at the same stage. They purposely created 5 other groups that were umbalanced. Jack miscalculated his stuff and I can not believe that with power of Jamaica in CFu, they accepted this. Anyway, They paid badly. No way, US will never accept to be in the pool of Mexico at the first round of the GC. Only underveloping country will acccept this.

2nd Round
Jack still kept going after Haiti he changed the draw and he put Haiti again in the toughest group. Haiti, Cuba and Martinique in the same group while there were 2 others umbalanced group. All three were finalist at Caribean Cup and all three have been participated at GC many times. Haiti survived and hardly qualified for the finals.
Guys, this can not be a coincidence it is a well tought thing.

The consequence is very bad for CFU...CFU itself is trying to prevent its best team to participate. Jamaica should be at the place of Guadeloupe if they were not at the tough group at the early stage. So if  we had our best teams and we (caribbean teams) make semi-finals constantly at GC. then we can require a playoff for the fifth place with Uncaf. Definitely, JA could have represented us better than Guadeloupe.

Anyway, I definitely hope that Ja learned its lesson and will never accept this anymore. I personally talked to the President of the Haitian Federation after the draw, he was mad and he told me if he had power he will never tolerate this. Ja badly underestimated its opponents.

Guys by the way for the last 3 wcups qualifications..Jack always makes sure that Haiti meets either Ja, Trinidad and Cuba at early stage to prevent Haiti reaches last 12 best teams while St Kitts and St Vincent always passed. This time we Haitians prepare for Jack plans with Basooka...I hope he brings Trinidad..to make it paid very badly!

Guys,

Keep in mind from Jan 7 to Jan 17 Haiti played five official games in 10 days. On top of it they play two training games on Jan 3 and 5. So that 's why the coach bench five starters (to rest and to avoid losing players due cartons accumulation). Now the goal is the $120K.4 me the coach makes the right decision.

Now hopefully see u in final for the round two. 1-0 for trinidad.

Guys this year no chance for Caribbean English speaking country...time for french and Spanish

It means no JA and no T..Trinidad...Time for Haiti, Martinique, Guadeloupe and Cuba. Either Haiti or Cuba will win this year.

Barbados and Guyana will pay their arrogance soon. They both have lousy coach. ST Vincent is kind of unsignificant. we severely kicked their ass in Ja (Haiti 4-0).

I would like Trinidad not qualify for 2 reasons:

1) Bringing their feet on the earth
2) Pay for arrogance as happened to Jamaica. I can not believe they both have at least 20 t0 30 decent foreign based players and they never manage to plan qualifications phase for Gold cup at Fifa Date. By doing so, they not only reduce their chance but showing lack of respect and preventing other teams to bring their best squad.

Next time. I hope Trinidad and Jamaica Staff (since they are the one that govern CFU) will make sure not putting any two of those four teams (Haiti, Cuba, Ja and Trinidad) in the same group forany tournament at least at the early stage (Jamaica paid it this year).

Guys, this is why I like US, they will never do something like that. For instance, they went to scout Haiti U20 in Haiti and they call 4 european based and 6 mls players to play for their U20. At least, they bring their best team. If you have to lose..lose with your best so there will be no regret after! Jack Takes note.

By the way, Haiti is coming in the past we use to have 2 to 4 decent foreign players now I can tell you we already passed 10. And even some of those in Haiti have had some foreign experience. In the current squad:

Boucicault - Ex Chicago fire
Brunel Fucien- Played in Argentina and Chile
Roody Lormera- Played in Argentina and Honduras
Wadson Coriolan- Played in Uruguay
Bruny Pierre Richard - Played in Trinidad
Stephane Guillaume- Playing in Miami Fc
Josue Mayard- Playing in Norway (Nottoden)

Missing at least 5 European based and 2 US based. Guys, you will hear probably  about a strong Haiti in the Gold cup. The Strongest ever Haiti.

Guys I am sorry to say:

My dream is half way done Jamaica out and Trinidad will be out soon (if Martinique beats u). For sure, we (Haiti) will beat u.

I  Get fed up with Trinidad and Jamaica. Now time has to be for Haiti and Cuba. There is one thing I can not understand Why Jack did not schedule the tournament during a Fiifa date? At  least TT could have its strongest team...anyway it is good 4 us. Whatever the team we will beat u.
