Like many of us,  he's is an example of a poster who got frustrated with the direction TT football reach. Maybe after we beat Bermuda Friday and the excitement come back, a bunch of them will come back in droves...

Mark me present fellahs!!....I'm down with TnT football...but not out!

I would say that CR is arguably the best team in CONCACAF right now......and we were able to give them a good run for dey money and played very credibly. If the chances that we created (...and we did create chances) were converted, it would have been a different story.....decent start Latas....

Football / Re: I could ask alyuh something bout Keon Daniel
« on: March 30, 2009, 11:15:13 PM »
Worse yet how the arse he could be a central midfielder and cyar tackle, head or have the work rate that the position requires to be effective.

Touches, purely from a logic standpoint, according to you Latas should not be on the field.....he does not have any of the above..

Daniel should be playin just in front of Hyland...right behind the striker and linking the midfield...from that position he can also run at the defence, create chances for the strikers, and unleash he deadly left foot...

Football / Re: Start a Chant Thread
« on: March 30, 2009, 10:53:57 PM »
Ah was trying to see how T&T's national anthem would sound as a PEP during the match. If sped up, it could work. Nothing like evoking that national pride in those wearing the Jerseys
dat could work
now is to get people to sing it in Nashville ;)

Like dis idea...

Here is another 1 for the records....When I was in Germany-WC for the last game in Kaiserslautern against Paraguay....I will admit there were shouts and chants when the big names came on(Latas) also the anthem etc...but overall for a WC (we talkin bout WC here) my section was quiet....people watchin the game like dey watchin the US Open in Arthur Ash when the umpire does tell everyone hush !!

Anyways, I could not be bothered....I was bawlin my lungs out....the seat ah pay for break with all the noise and ruction I was makin....the german security guard come and stand up next to meh an watchin meh cross eye...then he take away meh fog horn....

Now and not sayin everyone must get on so....but I jus think we as Trinis should try to be more outwardly passionate when supporting our team...yuh when yuh in ah Chutney fete and nobody could hold yuh back or like how yuh does get on Jouvert mornin..........

It sounds good on paper...

Game done.......Good fight Young Warriors

In terms of fellas who get cards....who will not be able to play in the next match ??

1 min left in reg time

Time ????

Deez commentators will give meh a f*#king heart attack !!

Sounds like we have the better exchange in the 2nd half.....come on Warriors......go in for the kill !!

Just spoke with patriot who is at the game.  It was rel noise in the background, but from what I made out...we are not getting enough time on the ball and both teams are evenly matched. So far we had about 2 or 3 chances to score.

Up to 3-4 years ago we were getting blaze by Costa Rica and the US. Real improvement

Yes Sir is wonder should take credit for that.  Maybe we do have a development system in Trinidad.  :)

How much time gone?

The way dem almost if a goal score every 2mins....ah study gettin catch ! :rotfl:

I find this a little hard to  believe....
He was supposed to train and play with us when possible (last year) but he never did
Wasn't Highland training with the Senior team??

And wasn't he again off on a trial last month with the said Belgian club that's why he missed some senior training and National games??

Maybe I'm remembering incorrectly....   Tallman ??

Anyone who might be familiar with our tactics in camp before games, do the coaches go over screening with our players on schemes, tendencies of opposing players and their teams per say? I would really like to know if there is any type of class room work done with the players before these games. Thanks.    :)

From my sources deep inside de camp...we tactics consist of pickin de in de goal.  Everybody else...SPREAD OUT.  See allyuh at half time.

Basically the word to the players on running out to the field is "Spread out and look like more men... "
