OLD or NEW...i'm a bit disappointed...the stripes behind the logo real killin it...all the other teams will have an offical stitched-on logo...that lookin like a cheap paint on thing behind the logo...also the jersey has NO personailty, yuh know...we supposed to be WARRIORS....simple is good...but it TOO simple...was expecting someting like the new Germany or Argentina...
Neways, we will have to take that and cool it...i feel the away might be better...

I AM RELLY WORRIED NOW!
I have not won ANT T&T games....not even Paraguay. Has anyone else who applied for the Paraguay game NOT gotten ticekts? I thought that was a certainty!! This is real non sensse...

Anyway on the bright side....I won a ticket for Game 50, most likely a Argentina or Holland vs. a Mexico or Portugal...NOT A BAD GAME

But I vex I cant win a T&T ticket.

What is the scene with tickets from the TTFF back home?

later from Azerbaijan....

Agreed...we should field our strongest squad...BUT without compromising or morals. I see a lot of wrong in looking to draft into these last minute players.
How big a difference are they really going to make? Very little I believe.

I am with Rodney and Jefferz on this one....%@%* them...And what are you talking about we need enforcements?? Totally disagree. Our CURRENT warriors, if you seem to forget, WENT to the Azteca, an probably gave the Mexicans (not just a seeded team but one of the best) one of their most difficult homes games...that was one of the best games I have seen from the Warriors (dont mind we lost to 2 soft goals..we played DAMN good)...AND then of course we BEAT them at home...SO, based on that...our CURRENT warriors i think have ENOUGH firepower to challenge the best in the world.

Now i not saying we will win all our games...but I can guatantee you these guys will go and play their hearts out...and they will fight every plast minute...

We should not encourage these later-comers...they have NO passion for Trinidad, and they will joining the team solely to boosts their personal careers by getting a bligh on the big stage

f*£&$ dem!

Hotels are not the answer people...
They have houses and apartments for RENT, same as anywhere else.

I saw a few that go for £1000 for a period of two weeks...So here the maths...
£1000 say between 10 pple...for 14 days... = £7 per person per night...much better than compard to any hotel...or even hostel for that matter...

I will post a few sites I was checkin out just now...

Under no circumstances should we bring Zamora (or any other late commer) at this stage into the side:

1) We got the WC without him, we will do just as fine without him there
2) All the &$)%^£ time he had his chance...we dont want nobody jumping on the bandwagon now...now that things nice and dandy...and we in the WC...we dont want yuh!
3) Why deprive the players who have worked hard to put us in the WC Finals a chance at playing on the grand stage...NOT FAIR!!
4) HE IS NOT EVEN THAT GOOD...Stern and Kenwyne will do JUST GREAT!
5) Need I say more

2006 World Cup - Germany / Re: In Germany...tickets or no tickets!
« on: December 18, 2005, 01:37:53 PM »
Yea,
I am the scruffy looking fella from the Ato video, and i tryin my best to get tickets too...but i not going to kill myself trying...we could make a reaal big lime on the outside...that will work real good for me if we cannot get these blasted tickets.

And the way things looking...it will have MANY trinis going to be in Germany (1000+ i'm sure)...

So, we will links for sure

« on: December 18, 2005, 04:40:49 AM »
Now people need to realise, not everybody going to get tickets, and with all the bobol taking place, even those who getting going to have to mortage they house, sell their organs and the first born to afford it.
What I saying is, tickets or no tickets, I still going to Germany. The actual game is only part of the whole World Cup experience.
It would be a dream to actually be in the stadium to support the team, but at the price and headache it taking to get in the stadium, I am content to support from the outside...!!!

So who ever going Germany, check out for me and my crew, most likely on the outside, but on the outside making real noise!!

PeAce... :beermug:

Where is the crew link up thread...cannot find it

Anyways, I looks like Frankfurt is a good place to setup base...take the rail to the games. 5 hours to Dortmund, 3 hrs to Nuremburg....not far from kaiser.

Football / Trini Support in Bahrain
« on: October 15, 2005, 08:40:33 AM »
Fellow trinis,
I am a Trinidadian living out in Azerbaijan. For those who don't know, that is a country in SE Europe, not too far from Bahrain. As such, I have already made plans to make the trip to Bahrain on Nov 16th for the game, along with a few other trinis living up here. The more support the Warriors get, the better!!

Does anyone know how I get tickets for this Bahrain game ahead of time? Also, is there a Trinidad contingent of supporters making this trip?

Please let me know if there is a Posse coming up. Greatly appreciated.

Ramiz
