Football / Stephen Hart should be considered to coach the T&T team
« on: February 11, 2010, 03:44:01 PM »
I think Stephen Hart should be the coach of the T&T team, he is presently coaching the Canadian Team. He is one of the best coaches who is knowledgable with the international experience to the the T&T team to the next level.

Football / Everyone is running scared and in a panic
« on: December 12, 2008, 10:31:30 AM »
Since T&T got eliminated everyone is in a panic and running scared, these are some of the comments and posts that are out there

- Fire Maturana Now
-Latas vs Corneal
-Suggestions for a new Coach

Members now is not the time to panic , whilst its unfortunate that we got knocked out the bigger prize is still ahead and its attainable ( the nucleus of the team is still intact). I still believe that Maturana can do the job , just keep in mind that we will be facing South Americans teams ( and he knows how to prepare for these teams)
I am sure Jamaica would like to be where we are now ( into the 2nd round of the W/C qualifiers)

HAVE FAITH

Football / Best England Manager
« on: September 04, 2007, 10:28:29 AM »
Despite all his short comings "Sven-Goran Eriksson" was one of the best England Managers in recent times, and he will take Manchester City to the top of the Premier League.

Just remember "you read it and hear it first"

They have embarrassed us with this team, they have put money ahead of patriotism and logical thinking we are one year removed from appearing in our first world cup, most of the players from that team were available to play for the team, and what did the TTFF .....do they blacklisted the players replaced them with players who are not ready for prime time ( they have been out classed in every game so for.

Here is a quote from the Guadelope Coach about Canada

" They hold the ball well , they have a lot of character and strenght"

I believe the present T&T team dont have a clue on what's happenning on the field , they are being totally outclassed.

The first anniversary is coming up on our first game at the World Cup, how are you going to celebrate it.

The warriors are in a groove, the country and supporters are happy, but the TTFF wants to kiil our spirit, how ironic just can't see the logic behind their motive.

Football / Does anyone feel the same
« on: July 04, 2006, 08:14:50 AM »
I was very fortunate to attend the T&T world cup games in Germany, since I came back home just feel something is missing, leading up the games and during the duration of the tournament there was great anticipation and hype, and rightly so all our dreams came through. The fun and experience I had was great, dont think there is anything to comapre it too.

Is anyone from Toronto leaving june 6th for Germany.

Did anyone read the newspapers in England stating that they have nothing to fear when playing T&T
they to save this article and post it in the locker room, that should be motivation enough.

A little history guys,  England might be the inventors of football , but Scotland is the country that invented the foward pass and created organized football.

Football was a combination of Rugby and football, and  a couple of people decided that kicking the ball would be better, that is how Fifa came about.

Did you know that  England played Scotland in one of the first football games, and as usual England was very cocky( they were the inventors as they say), but scotland surprised them with organized football and the foward pass.

This is for all the supporters of the soca warriors, the world cup is fast approaching. And want to tell each and everyone to have faith in our team, have the power of positive thinking with soccer anything can happen on any given day, for example look at Senegal in the last world cup nobody gave them a chance and they made the 2nd round.

So have faith and believe.
