Football / Frederick retires
« on: November 13, 2011, 12:43:37 PM »
Josh Frederick has announce his retirement from international football following the socawarriers embarrassing defeat to guyana that dumped the twin island republic out of the 2014 world cup. Josh Frederick also known as judge101 on socawarriors.net went into a deep state of depression after the final whistle was blown.

Frederick a self acclaimed "die hard warrior" announced his retirement about twenty four hours after the horrid game, after about eight years off full support for his nations senior football team, when the young 21 year old was questioned about his early retirement from the international game and he was quoted as saying "my heart can take no more". he went on say that he was sick off making excuses, hearing excuses and sick of the ttff.

he said that after qualifying for Germany back in 2006 the country's football took a massive dive for the worst. bickering, black listing, and corruption all led to strings of embarrassing results over the years and all this was taking places under the same administration over the years with no effort to make changes. Preparations for any major competition was non-exist-ant and now we are all left feeling hurt, shamed and depressed.

Frederick said of all other defeats this one was the hardest to swallow give the amount of talented players oppwe currently have for selection. Frederick then said that he wishes the TTFF and their supporters the best of luck in there future endeavours.

judge101 has now made full commitment to his club career and did so by watching tree previous el classico
while shouting go messi. he said watching good football help heal after watch a socawarriors match.

Football / What was the best double act?
« on: July 27, 2009, 12:50:06 PM »
Together they terrorised defences and showed no mercy in their quest for goals and victory. Their deft manoeuvres and precision passing picked apart the opposition on the way to glory. But which duo did it best?

In this weekend's Have Your Say feature, FIFA.com asks you, the users, to name what you consider to be the greatest strike partnership in football. There is no need to restrict your selection to current tandems, past players might very well have formed the best combination in your view.

The criteria for determining the best strike duo is yours to consider – total goal output, the ability to deliver results when it matters most, sheer beauty and creativity in the way they moved the ball between them, or even the degree of fear they instilled in opposing backlines and goalkeepers, all mere food for thought.

Solo producers are no doubt revered and envied around the world, but the beautiful game is also about teamwork. Those with the ability to work together to outwit their rivals stand the greatest chance of bringing silverware home to club and country.

So now FIFA.com wants to hear from you. Tell us who you think comprised the best strike partnership, past or present. Click 'Add your comment' to make your opinion known, remembering to keep your posts clean, respectful, on-topic and in English.

i just thought this will be and interesting talk here so i stole it

Football / The Englishmen
« on: July 23, 2009, 01:07:17 PM »
With all the big excitement about a couple of English Premier League players From England, that could play for Trinidad & Tobago wanting to where the Coveted ;D Red, White and Black Adidas kit all of a sudden should they be given the chance to play if they meet the standards of what ever coach is present.

this is a serious topic becuase they could just be out for the world cup glory and not interested in representing us fully like Birchall. but only when the hex comes around...not evan for the preliminaries.

so what do you think think that the TTFF SHOULD Do?

Football / U.S.A concacaf unfair advantage
« on: July 22, 2009, 01:01:33 PM »
why is that evan though the ttpro league has won the majority of the CFU Club championship that we are still unable to get at least one direct spot into the group stages, as it stand these are the current qualifications

From the North American Zone:

    4 clubs from Mexico
4 clubs from the United States
    1 club from Canada

From the Central American Zone:

    2 clubs from Costa Rica
    2 clubs from Honduras
    2 clubs from El Salvador
    2 clubs from Guatemala
    2 clubs from Panama
    1 club from Nicaragua
    1 club from Belize
From the Caribbean Zone:

3 clubs, qualifying via the CFU Club Championship

why is is that that crappy MLS League gets 4 spots and as history shows more Costa Rican Teams have won the previous tournament than American Teams which only on it twice....and trinidad adnd tobago won it twice and still has to play in the Cfu and then a play off which is very unfair Mexican Teams won the Cup a total of 22 times with costa rica second with six and a total of 6 for caricom and we dont evan get at least one direct spot ...not to metion that the t&t teams were the most sucussfull considering runners up spots. (trinidad dese

CONCACAF GOLD CUP
why is it that this federation allows the U.S to repeatedly host the cup even if there stadiums are in better quality as compared to the other nations but that is still not a proper excuse as this is our confederations Premier tournament and it should be hosted by a different country from cup to cup as with other practise yet the since the inception of the Gold cup in 1991 the U.s has hosted every single Cup with the Exception of two Which was held together with Mexico..giving them a clear advantage allowing them to win Four Cups.

But what is shocking is that the associations/federations of the member nations of the confederation are allowing this is it because they are bribing the our confederation and Jack Warner

this is unfair treatment

Football / hull the new reading
« on: September 21, 2008, 02:50:25 PM »
Hull has surprise everyone lately, during the transfer window they were buying players like crazy and most critics were taking it as a waste of money but the clearly they are showing them wrong.

Hull now sits 7th in the league standings on seven points from 5 games with 2 wins 1 draw and 2 loses .
they are presently holding thier composier well as they bounced back from thier 5-0 thrashing at the hands of wigan to defeat newcastle and hold of a surging everton for a tie at home, thier next game will be a real test for them away to arsenal the present table leaders.

evan though it its still very early in the season do you thing that Hull can hold thear form and manage to get a top ten finish

are they capable of a first season top ten finish like readind or will go out like derby
