Just goes to show you two things
1) Keane is slick (as already exemplified before)
2) He was under pressure from management to get results

Can't wait to see these two stars tear it up in front (did someone say Dwight and Cole??)  Ironic it is the day that Cole is retiring.  Hope they do well and win, and improve from the slump that they're in.

David Winters and Sean Higgins netted in the second half to help Ross County send holders St Johnstone crashing out of the Challenge Cup with a 2-1 win.

Winters came close in the first half after a slick passing move between Higgins and Adam Strachan, but Liam Craig made a saving challenge as he was about to shoot.

Winters did score after 53 minutes, hooking in Richie Hart's cross despite the best efforts of Stuart McCaffrey on the goal-line.

County doubled the lead with Sean Higgins latching on to a high up and under from Scott Boyd and pulling clear of the defence to sweep home number two from 10 yards.

Saints sub Collin Samuel pulled one back on 84 minutes as the County defence switched off, but it turned out to be too little too late for the holders.
