Brave Mans Jokes

What's the definition of the bravest man in the world??

********************************

Man walks into the bedroom with a sheep under his arm while his wife is
lying in bed reading.

Man says: "This is the pig I have sex with when you've got a headache."

Wife replies: "I think you'll find that is a sheep."

Man replies: "I think you'll find I was talking to the sheep."

********************************

A man walks into his bedroom and sees his wife packing a suitcase.

He asks, "What are you doing?"

She answers, "I'm moving to London . I heard prostitutes there get paid Ł400
for doing what I do for you for free."

Later that night, on her way out, the wife walks into the bedroom and sees
her husband packing his suitcase.

When she asks him where he's going, he replies, "I'm coming too I want to
see how you live on Ł800 a year".

*********************************

A woman was shopping at her local supermarket where she selected 2 litres of
low fat milk, a carton of eggs, 2 litres of orange juice, a head of lettuce,
half a dozen tomatoes, a 500g jar of coffee and a 250g pack of bacon.

As she was unloading her items on the conveyor belt to check out, a drunk
standing behind her watched as she placed the items in front of the cashier.
While the cashier was ringing up her purchases, the drunk calmly stated,"You
must be single."

The woman was a bit startled by this proclamation, but she was intrigued by
the derelict's intuition, since she was indeed single.

She looked at her six items on the belt and saw nothing particularly unusual
about her selections that could have tipped off the drunk to her marital
status.Curiosity getting the better of her, she said, "Well, you know what,
you're absolutely correct. But how on earth did you know that?"

The drunk replied, "Cos you're ugly."

General Discussion / Tobago Wedding?
« on: September 17, 2007, 06:39:18 AM »
Forumites,

I'm planning on having a hindu wedding in Tobago.  Does anyone know any places that might be nice.  My finacee and I are quite keen to have it close to or on a beach.  Also, does anybody know if there are any hindu priests in Tobago since she is hindu and I have no clue if there are hindu temples in tobago?

fyi: for a hindu wedding we need a venue that would allow a small fire(it will be in a fire resistant container and will be harmless...but some places will not allow it e.g. coco reef...

Thanks

Entertainment & Culture Discussion / Machel Montano Bus
« on: January 31, 2007, 08:24:00 AM »
Source: Islandevents.com

Machel Montano has definitely gone HD the soca superstar has become the first artiste locally to have his own tour bus.

In keeping with the 2007 HD concept, Montano and company have refurbished a 20-year-old PTSC bus and customized it to the nines.

You cannot miss this bus with its big chrome rims, HD-themed exterior paint job and lighting system, complete with reflective tape and neon signage.

The bus contains an entertainment centre with a 42-inch plasma screen on an actuator; with ports for an Ipod, PlayStation 3 and Wireless Internet, walk-through closet, toilet facility and a bedroom, with a large comfy bed, and a 32-inch LCD monitor hidden behind a mirror in the bedroom.

The sound system is straight out of MTV's "Pimp My Ride" tricked out with MTX Subwoofers, JVC DVD Head units, 8' speakers, tweeters, crossovers and transformers.

Betweeen the inside and the outside, the bus will use roughly 12,000 watts of power and has its own generator. The driver will have the benefit of reverse cameras, motion sensors all the way around and night vision cameras, as well as a fully-refurbished engine and fuel tank.

Additionally everything inside is HD personalized: from the microwave, to the lights, to the windows.

Put together in just over three weeks, the entire process of making of the bus will be shown as a special feature programme on Synergy TV.

General Discussion / Smelter plant pollution in T&T
« on: September 29, 2006, 10:20:23 PM »
I not sure if this got posted, but i checked and I didn't see anyting...if it was, I'll delete the post  :beermug:

Source: http://www.nosmeltertnt.com/

US Aluminum Giant Alcoa is facing massive criticism over a proposed 340,000
metric ton smelter plant in Cap De Ville in the Caribbean Island of
Trinidad. The country of Trinidad is one of the most densely populated
places on earth with 249 persons per sq. kilometer and also already ranks
very high in pollution levels due to ongoing industrialization. According to
world bank statistics, Trinidad is #5 in the world when it comes to Carbon
Dioxide Pollution.

The 2005 Yale/Columbia Environmental Sustainability Index (ESI) showed
Trinidad and Tobago as having the worst percentage of negative land impacts
of 146 countries, yet Trinidad's government is continuing on a path toward
industrialization of what was once a scenic Caribbean Island.

The proposed smelter plant, one of the largest in the world is scheduled to
be located within a mile or less of the population center of
Cap-de-Ville/Point Fortin in the Cedros Peninsula. The residents of the
until now sleepy and peaceful peninsula are uniting and organizing massive
protests on a regional and international level. While similar protests in
Chile, Brazil and Vietnam successfully kept proposed Aluminum smelter plants
out of their countries, the Trinidad government is determined to let Alcoa
go ahead with their project at all cost.

The citizens group Cedros Peninsula United managed to obtain a copy of
Alcoa's application of Environmental Clearance which was jointly signed by
Alcoa and the government's Energy Corporation which Alcoa tried to keep
secret and found it full of omissions, inaccuracies and outright false
statements.

"We are very worried about a company that promises us an 'environmentally
friendly' smelter, yet is already lying about things like waste and
pollution before the smelter is even built. How can we trust them," warns
the citizens group. The local press totally ignored the findings in Alcoa's
environmental clearance application but had no problem accepting three page
ads by Alcoa promoting their smelter project. Money rules in Trinidad.

Alcoa's record in Trinidad is already spotty. They have a trans-shipment
facility in the northern part of the Island in Carenage and have been under
fire from citizens there for many years. A 1989 air-monitoring report by
Cariri, commissioned by a Carenage citizens group, showed Alcoa exceeded US
emissions standards for residential areas at three monitoring sites in
Carenage on each of the five days of monitoring.

The residents of the Cedros Peninsula suffering from sleepless night these
days, their livelyhood from fishing and agriculture and their health and
environment threatened by Aluminum Giant Alcoa.

One of the largest aluminum smelters in the world in one of the smallest
countries in the World. It's a recipe for disaster and the citizens of
Trinidad are fighting a serious battle, not just with Alcoa but their own
government that supports and sponsors Alcoas plans. The citizens of the tiny
Cedros Peninsula are hoping that once the facts of this project are made
known to the world community, that Alcoa may be swayed to look elsewhere to
build their smelter.

General Discussion / Trini Slang/Shit talk does evolve
« on: May 05, 2006, 10:57:07 AM »
I find Trini shit talk and slang is real evolve/vaporize....so I starting a thread to give some examples..... ;D

(1)Back in the Fatima, we used to use a word, "Fal"...never hear dis word in years...:

verb: to Fal

definition: to hang around when not wanted, to friends up

conjugation: I fal, You fal, He/she fals, We faling, You Faling(pl), They faling

noun: Falcon

e.g. Small man stop Faling!

(2) Lapse:

verb: to Lapse

definition: to misout on a opportunity(mostly to do with girls)

noun: lapser

e.g. Way boy dat man real lapse

Please feel free to add yuh slangs  ;D

14
First off, lemme make it clear…..I tink it’s just dancing, full stop….I agree that it could lead to other things  e.g. if yuh wining for the whole night, it might lead to something else…but in general it’s just a wine…..

When I wine with a girl, I doh want yuh number, I doh want to be yuh boyfriend….all I want is a dance....(and it goes both ways, so doh tink I being sexist, cause I not)

Analysis of Wining:

I’ve come across many characteristics about wining in my time.  Please feel free to add to my list:

(1) Basics: Simple Rotation - You could wine anti-clock wise or clockwise, with the majority of people wining anti-clockwise(from my experience).  Yuh ever meet ah girl who wine clockwise and then anticlockwise in the same song awe lawse…..

(2) Double time:  involves Simple Rotation wining, but in mid song de beat change(to a faster beat), and yuh have do a double time(i.e. make faster rotations to keep up to de beat of de song)….a perfect example is de 2005 rupee song 1 on 1….

(3)Can’t do nutting wine: usually occurs when yuh on a wall, and yuh can’t do nutting.  Dat’s when de girl doing everyting(usually her back is arched), and yuh just have to stand up deh….de only ting yuh could do is try to time it….but dais it…..

(4) Sweet Wine: This is when you and de woman in perfect unison…..no wine better than this in my opinion…is when you and de woman moving together like one….yuh could almost feel de music  ;D

(5) Pelt-Waist wine: self-explanatory….

(6) Bubblenut wine: self-explanatory…

(7) Wine and chip: a simultaneous motion of wining and chipping with a girl(usually occurs on de road in carnival)

(8) Side to side wine: Boring wine/political wine…yuh do it when tired/with someone who yuh doh want to wine with

(9) Front to Front wine: self-explanantory

Entertainment & Culture Discussion / Soca Music
« on: April 29, 2006, 11:44:41 AM »
I wanted to start a thread to find about how people felt about Soca/Calypso music.

From my experence, I find most people think of soca music as jump and wave music, and only a party-oriented music, only Carnival music.....and as soon as Ash-Wednesday hit is back to de parlour dub stupidness

For me it's so much more...I find there so much versatility to soca and there's so much more to what yuh hear on hit stations like 96.7fm and ting.....

there's so much more songs that have meaningful lyrics and sweet rythms (e.g. Bunji - lick down, Maximus Dan - Change yuh Life)

There's soca for party, soca for relaxing....and the ever kaiso that's thought provoking  ;D

Football / AC MILAN vs BARCA
« on: April 26, 2006, 08:33:57 AM »
I getting tizic so I hadda to start dis thread from now..... ;D

I know plenty people looking past Milan and thinking Arsenal Barca final....me ent care....I know that Milan will have a VERY Decent shot ah beating barca today....

finally Inzaghi back, and his clinical finishing is what was missing last game.....if only one of those chances had gone in last game, it would have been a different game.....plus Sheva due to score today  ;D

here's a brief report from Ancelotti:

source: www.acmilan.com

ANCELOTTI: 'Last push for Paris'
25/04/2006
BARCELONA - Speaking from the Camp Nou, Carlo Ancelotti: 'We do things better tomorrow than we did in the first leg. I think Barcelona will play the same balanced way they did at the San Siro. After Istanbul our thoughts turned to Paris and we are very near, it's the last push.' On Inzaghi: 'Pippo is charged up but we will looking to the whole team.'

e-man link we up today nah  ;D

Jokes / Men vs Women.....
« on: April 14, 2006, 09:14:20 AM »
I never quite figured out why the sexual urge of men and women differ so much. And I never have figured out the whole Venus and Mars thing. I have never figured out why men think with their head and women with their heart.

FOR EXAMPLE: One evening last week, my girlfriend and I were getting  into bed. Well, the passion starts to heat up, and she eventually says "I don't feel like it, I just want you to hold me."

I said "WHAT??!! What was that?!"

So she says the words that every boyfriend on the planet dreads to hear... "You're just not in touch with my emotional needs as a woman enough for me to satisfy your physical needs as a man." She responded to my puzzled look by saying, "Can't you just love me for who I am and not what I do for you in the bedroom?"

Realizing that nothing was going to happen that night, I went to sleep. The very next day I opted to take the day off of work to spend time with her. We went out to a nice lunch and then went shopping at a big, big unnamed department store. I walked around with her while she tried on several different very expensive outfits. She couldn't decide which one to take so I told her we'd just buy them all. She wanted new shoes to compliment her new clothes, so I said lets get a pair for each outfit. We went onto the jewelry department where she picked out a pair of diamond earrings. Let me tell you...she was so excited. She must have thought I was one wave short of a shipwreck. I started to think she was testing me because she asked for a tennis bracelet when she doesn't even know how to play tennis. I think I threw her for a loop when I said, "That's fine, honey."

She was almost nearing sexual satisfaction from all of the excitement. Smiling with excited anticipation she finally said, "I think this is all dear, let's go to the cashier."

I could hardly contain myself when I blurted out, "No honey, I don't feel like it."

Her face just went completely blank as her jaw dropped with a baffled "WHAT?"

I then said "honey! I just want you to HOLD this stuff for a while. You're just not in touch with my financial needs as a man enough for me to satisfy your shopping needs as a woman."

And just when she had this look like she was going to kill me, I added, "Why can't you just love me for who I am and not for the things I buy you?"

Apparently I'm not having sex tonight either....but at least that bitch knows I'm smarter than her.

21
so i was thinking, we have three games for sure in germany, so we could organize at least three small goal sweats before each game

what all yuh think  ;D

2006 World Cup - Germany / Car Rental or Train
« on: February 14, 2006, 08:50:08 AM »
fellas i need some advice.....I have a posse of 5 people and i going germany for 12 days.....would it be better to take a train to all the games, or rent a car for the time.....

i was reading other posts and I found that the german twin rail pass is 300 euros(for 2 people 2nd class)....so if I have five people the total cost must be more than 750 euros, and that's a train pass for only 4 days...i'll prolly want to travel around on the other days...so wouldn't it be better to rent a car?  if so, can anyone tell me of any economical car rental places in germany....

thanks

Other Sports / Kwandwane Browne
« on: January 27, 2006, 11:43:05 AM »
Has anyone heard about this man?

I honestly think he's one of the greatest athlete's ever produced from Trinidad and Tobago, and I am positive that hardly anyone knows him.

The amount of achivements he has is riduculous, and he is by far the greatest caribbean hockey player of all time in my opinion:

This fella went to univesity in England(London Metropolitan), and brought his team from four divisions below the premiership to eventually winning the premiership title in 5 years...that means each year he helped the team get promoted one division higher, and in his final year helped them win the premiership...draw an ananlogy to football here....that's only 1 player out of 11 doing this

some might say oh that's only university hockey...the man also took his English Club Side(East Grinstead) from 2 divisions below the premiership, and player/coached them into the premiership this year.....that means again every year he played, he helped them get promoted a division higher

kwan has also played hockey in holand(the mecca for hockey), and premiership hockey in England years aback....

he is so good that England has approached him to play for them, and he loyally denied...the man is trini to de bone

he is so good that a hockey stick company(vampire) developed a hockey stick and named it after him...imagine "Spalding" developing a basketball calling it Jordan...or imagine grays cricket bat develop a bat named after Lara

after all these sport accomplishments, the man isn't just a humble sports personality...
he have a wife, a child, a law degree, 2 masters.....

he's currently only 28 years old and has recently took trinidad to its first ever indoor world cup....there's is still loads more wonderful achievements he has to accomplish

Respect Brudda!

28
Anybody hear dat song with Sizzla and KMC.....i was confused when i hear dat today....

Anyways dat Machel and Patrice Roberts song hot too bad!

29
I know it's early.....but my favourite songs so far are:

(1) Fighter -  Maximus Dan....well obviously  ;D

(2)Overboard - Maximus Dan......big big fleckin tune

(2)Max it up - Destra

(3)Party - Ms. Alysha/Faye-Ann Lyons

lawd i can't wait for carnival....it goin to be madness!
