Simple gentlemen, due to the fever that has arisen from the batles in cyberspace and the need to determine the true order, we have come to this moment. We are in search of worthy contenders for the first ever Fifa challenge of the elites. Anyone interested let us know by the latest 1900 EST today. For obvious reasons the league at a maximum cannot exceed 20 players, idealy we are hoping for a number around 16. This is a league knockout format, with each player having to play at least 30 games before the knockout phase, so it will be time consuming over a course of several days and will require commited managers. There will be a league as well as playoff champ. Once we have the confirmed number of players, we shall create the league. The name cannot be verified now as our proposed name may clash with another league in existence. So to confirm your participation just respond in the affirmative to this post and include your psn. This is a Playstation 3 Fifa 2010 battle, there will be no prisoners,no mercy and total order. Note to the masses, the grade is high, very high, bring your best product. That is all folks, let the war begin.

Gentlemen, this is why TheTruff have proposed such a tourny, TheTruff only sees talking, and posting of results in head to head friendlies. Ok I will initiate a new thread to track our epic batle, also I will agree that the league can be broadened and run over a course of time. In the new thread the name of the league will be posted, however we will need a final number of participants as this is needed to complete the league registration. With that said TheTruff has another proposition, in order to determine  true mastery TheTruff proposes that all participants of the league refrain from choosing 5 star teams.

Gentlemen, one important piece of the order that was excluded by accident. If the default manager and invited manager clash in the final, and the default manager is defeated. The invited manager will have the option to change roles and become the default manager or remain as the invited, this is optional and purely an individual decision.

Gentlemen of the forum, as you have seen, TheTruff is about results and stats, hence I have been left with no other choice but to propose a tournament of the Elite. Let us put to closure the talk of supremity, greatness, order and ray ray. This tournament is by invitation only and based on the status quo, the managers who qualify by default are TriniDarrius, Ole Soldier Order and TheTruff. Each manager can invite one player deemed worthy, for a grand total of 6 teams. We will have to keep it at 6 for time related issues as well as keeping the order high. The point of this tournament is to silence the ray ray, let us be gentlemen of order and stats and not hear say. Now what will be the spoils awarded to the victor, the master, default manager, and his invited lad will have the option to remove any other invited manager if either of them win the tournament, hence opening a spot for another worthy lad. A default manager can never be eliminated unless they finish dead last, at which pt he must leave the tournament and hope for a slot in the future. Also immunity is granted to an invited manager if either himself, or the default manager makes the final. If we have the instance where both default manager and invited manager is in the final together, they will have the ability to eliminate any other invited manager. Very simple lads, let us put our ability where our mouths are. This tournament can be run every week. Cmon Darrius and Soldier, lets starts this thing and see who really got order. At this moment I will make my invitation to the phenom, the next big thing, the seed of total ordem, my nephew and God Son all of 10 yrs old.....Diamondtrim12.

Behold, the clouds fled, the dust settled and the moon and the stars was not the brightest objects in the night sky! for behold the return of TheTruff. Yes my fellow subjects...TheTruff is back. I have swam the 7 seas, fought against 12 dragons, walked across 3 continents, climbed the tallest mountain, dove to the bottom of the deepest trench and ate 2 doubles and a beastly cold stag and still am not defeated. I have looked down from upon high...and watched the friction of man against man in the forum, watched the wars and strife and yet I remained silent. However the time for silence ends, the dawn of what should be the most intense football season is upon us and TheTruff is not afraid. I have come to shed the light, to open the eyes to bestow understanding upon the meek. I shall start off by saying this, many lads have begun a discussion about their triumphs in Fifa, indeed lads such as gandalf the wise..aka aole soldier..aka ole soldier order..has shown talent in fifa. So to has the super attacking powers of trinidarrius....aka new soca warrior..aka the hardest fifa player to date. Yet they have forgotten TheTruff...they have forgotten the cornerstone...they have forgoten order. Firstly, after the game with guatemala last night, our warriors showed tremendous mental resolve to perform at the highest level even though the referee was obviously having a horrid game. USA is up for a beating, we have defeated Mexico several times but seem incapable of getting over the US hump, I think with the circumstances and the fact that we now have a real senior team! we can do it. It was so great to see the 40 yr old Latapy display timeless class and ability on the pitch. Yorke and Birchall in the holding position as well provided the stability for our defense that looked solid. In my opinion our next game is the one that will either take us through or not....we need a victory!!! at worst a draw....this guatemalan team is not talented at all...they play very dirty, and there antics are straight down midday sitcom lane..the USA will take care of them at home...cuba is weak at this moment..however its hard to predict how the game will go with guatemala playing in cuba. I still say we have the advantage, all we need to do is defeat the USA and we are through..........

This is what we need....results such as these go a long way in boosting our confidence not only as Trinidadians and Tobagonians,  but as Caribbean people in general. After another Caribbean 'robot' Usain Bolt destroyed the Olympics in track and field...we have yet again a positive performance where our 6th place team took out MLS 2nd place squad. Now, I have heard basically every excuse, every comment possible, however as a professional team in any sport, you just dont loose 4 nill unless you are totally outplayed. This and this alone was the case for the Revs in the 2 leg series, THEY WERE OUTPLAYED!! Whether it be injuries, fatigue, disinterest etc..etc...blah blah blah...let us be proud of this accomplishment...let us hold our heads high, for too long the world has taken us to lightly. All we ever needed was a confidence boost...and thats what joe public went into the game with...the confidence knowing that they was going to defeat the revs...I wish them all the best and will be following their progress....GREAT JOB!!!!

The measure of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result. Beyond what anyone post may indicate, it is abundantly clear the football our team is currently playing is poor!!! If   I'm wrong, please..please correct me. The question I have for those more informed that I, is, are these guys representing our nation, the best players we have in Trinidad?? If so...there's no way we can make the world cup in 2010..I have been saying for the longest while..players like Theobold are not ready....and I have taken a lot of stick from members for my assessment..however...the truff always surfaces...and shit will always stink and be exposed. Playing with 5 mid fielders and still hoofing long balls up the park underlines the deficiency  in quality with our players. Let us stop fooling ourselves and being border line insane....listening to the post is like listening to a record on replay....our defense looking shaky....our midfield looking poor....long hospital ball to glenn...we taking too long to settle down...our first half poor...maybe we come out stronger in second half..we aint looking confident........CMON PPL.....same core performances over and over....the only way to change is to face the facts!!! I dont know what else to say..other than...we aint making this world cup...thats just keeping it real..

I must say touches....your match reports are always honest and raw...no sugar coating of the reality, that this team not ready at all...and even though we won..and kept a clean sheet, without order in the squad its only a matter of time before we get exposed badly! The game against cuba is drawing ever closer and the question is, what is the best team? what is the structure of our squad? are our players up to par?? until these, most basic of all questions can be answered, when it matters, I will be extremely surprised to see this team succeed.

Ordem e Progresso....pleasant evening to all. The forum yet great, seems to suffer from widespread subjectivity. Critical analysis of a person, place or football player is simply a part of life, however those whoose sensitivity levels are volatile to objective thoughts posted by others, seem fit to resort to either vulgarity as well as tasteless remarks in an attempt to make a point. In my own objective opinion as some of my fellow forumnites have already known, Theobald, based on evidence abundant to all forumnites, does not have the quality sought after by Internationally based clubs. Common sense should suggest that for a foreign player on trial in an alien country, above than average quality must be displayed in order to attract the coaches interest. Its true that many of our players have failed on trials in the past, but also, the very good ones succeed and Theobald simply does not have above than average quality. Let us see how the game today plays out, will Theobald step up and show us the class which some of the forumnites speak of, or will it be the same ole, same ole....

Such emotion, passion and desire, however order has yet to be realized. The post reads....Trini Football and its pundits, very simple, yet we have witnessed once again the immaturity of several forumnites. Indeed this is for TrueTrini and his tasteless swipe at my girl once again as being a hairy Croat. Dude we have been down this road before and still your life is to be in front of a computer all day, rather than in the bosoms of a real woman....sigh...I left diamondtrin to battle you lads, for it was his ambition to garner at least 100 post by testing the minds of the forum, however "small island mentality" is the only result that have come forth. Let intelligence and order be the  cornerstone upon which we reply or engage in postings, for if so called "senior warriors" are so easily drawn into a war of words why then be mad at diamondtrin?

You guys are the supposed elders of the forum, yet u ramble on and on with a new forumnite. It was worth the 2 days to sit back and witness the fragility of these elders ego, how easily you have been wound up. My suggestion is for the elders to lead by example, and let class, wisdom and order guide your decision making process. At the end of the day, not once has diamondtrin defended Jack Warner actions, he simply called for a discussion and we got a 5 page war. In his own words maybe his grammatical gymnastics were taken to heart, and bruised the ego of those that thought little of the new forumnite. All i ask for is Ordem e Progresso......

Welcome...and finally, the one who has mastered the English language has joined us. Diamondtrim is an extremely close friend of mine for almost 20 yrs now and I can assure the forumnites that his sole purpose is to be an influence of order and parity. The topic of Jack Warner, though fiercely debatable, diamondtrim post, challenges us to ask the question, does Jack have the interest of our nation at heart, or his pocket?
In order to rationally come to an unbiased conclusion as to what Jack is all about, I think it only fair that one examines the life and history of Jack Warner. Titled, from zero to hero with Valentino Singh, the story of Jack Warner can be readily studied, analyzed and hopefully an objective conclusion drawn. Im not an expert on human behavior, hence ill never be able to explain the actions of Jack Warner, however after reading his book, I must say people will be surprised to know the risks and believe it or not, selfless acts of compassion displayed by Jack...Im sure that there are several forumnites that have read this book...and I implore the others to find out for yourself, the life and story of Jack Warner...

           The really sad thing about the state of football in Trinidad...is that the TTFF, coaching staff, etc...seem void of any plans/order...with the match against Cuba ever drawing closer....what is our strategy...what is our strongest team...objectively speaking...the TTFF is inna mess!!.....we have so called experienced coaches that cannot select cohesive defenders....do we ever see any team with pedigree whether it be club or country experimenting with their defenders??...Defense win games, offense sells tickets...any high school football coach knows that...we need our best defenders selected.....and playing all the time!! together!!!
            Note to corneal..and maturana...the cornerstone of building a solid defense...is having the players perfect their positioning and timing..In my opinion...your defenders have to be the smartest players on the field...and a group of 4...that ALWAYS..ALWAYS...ALWAYS....play together....for Guyana..no disrespect intended...to put our defense under duress is sad at the least!!....are our players adjusting and learning anything??? I am not impressed at all.....and at this pace....we will get what we sowed when we play Cuba....those teams out there are developing...they are learning...I have a suggestion...why dont the pfl coaches select a Trinidad all star pfl team and let them represent us....because the team we have now is not ready at all...note on suggestion...let the pfl coaches select the team...

Honestly those highlights just makes me feel even more ashamed.....for Bermuda to beat us at home to begin with....having a team of "fat men"...this is very very very worrying....im sure a SSFL team can beat Bermuda....those players...for lack of a better word...are inna mess...this is just unbelievable....Trinidad and Tobago scraping through against Bermuda....the only positive thing is that it happened now....we did go through....and i hope our team learns a very important lesson...good luck soca warriors....
