The one thing that I can say is that Team T&T did not get blown away by any team in this tournament.  Two 1-0 losses and a 2-0 loss,  in which T& T gifted 3 of the goals to their opponents ( own goal by T&T defender in Guatemala game, Gift by T&T goalkeeper in Guatemala game  losing the ball while trying to dribble in front of his goal, and  another own goal by the keeper-  dropping a cross into the goal in the Panama game.

Thanks for the highlights.  It looks like #4  lost focus and slowed down on his run back, instead of continuing to make a proper effort to cut out the pass and cover the eventual goal scorer.  He must have been exhausted trying to get back, but that one split second lapse is all the USA forward needed to receive the pass.  The other defender got back well, had his man covered and even tried to turn around to stop the shot.  Too bad # 4 could not match that effort. If he continued to run without that slight hesitation and slowing down he would have intercepted the ball just ahead of the on rushing forward / striker.

Ah well, the party done.  Good exposure, but not enough talent, discipline or preparation to make it happen this time.  Back to the drawing board, but don't give up.  We will get it right one day....hopefully soon.

Playing with 9 men is real madness.   The elbow by #17 to get the red card and drop the team down to 9 men was level foolish behavior. I didn't even realize that somebody else had gotten a red card earlier and that the team was already down to 10 men. The positive though is that if with all that madness the team only lost 1-0, then they have the potential to do great things in the future if they sort out that discipline problem and somehow, find a more talented keeper.

Well, the staff, coaches / selectors must be blamed for selecting and constantly starting that goal keeper.

Did I see that correct?  Looked like the Panama player made a crappy cross and the Trini Keeper just pulled the ball into the goal for an own goal

This is really nice.  Shaka is really great guy.   I remember back in my school days looking at the many clashes between Fatima and CIC.  Shaka was a monster in goal for CIC.  The Guy was so much bigger than the other goal keepers and he would get crazy angry if a goal was scored on him.  Its kind of funny because he is actually a cool easy going guy but back in the day, as a fatima student looking on on the sidelines he was very big and scary to me.  lol

So we tied the game before Guy scored again or was 2-0?

It was 2-0.....we score a consolation with 1 minute left in the game to make it 2-1.   Both of Guyana's goals came from corner kicks.  one goal in each half

Stoke gettin beat like they stole something...5-0 at the moment.   Thats the score update that I am seeing on the Fantasy league site.  Anybody know if Jones is playing?  Not good vibes to catch a 5-0 stomp out.
