Give me the rundown on how it works, how many teams from the championship league get promoted to the epl and from the epl how many get demoted to the championship.

Thanks,won't ask again!

3 teams from championship get promoted to the EPL and 3 get relegated from EPL to championship....
the top 2 in the championship table get automatic promotion while the next 4 teams battle it out in the play-offs with a 2 leg semi-final then 1 final

84 mins: GOAL FLASH Sunderland 2, Coventry 0 Edwards grabs his first Sunderland goal, and it's a beauty! Whitehead lays the ball off and from about 30 yards Edwards his a screamer past Steele to virtually bag three points for Keane's men.

65 mins: Hysen also makes an early impact when the Coventry defence struggle to deal with his left-wing cross, but although the ball falls nicely to Yorke eight yards out the ball doesn't come down enough for him and he slices his shot just over Steele's crossbar.
