honestly even if we score 3 in this half..the pt is that bermuda scored 2 goals on us...and we have to fight back at home to get a result...that is extremely POOR!!!! to put it politely

at present usa is doing what they are supposed to do and have scored 4 on barbados...without howard in the goal...tnt on the other hand are down 2....1 against a team with absolutely no footballing pedigree....go figure....

ah dont wanna start a new topic....but i was in trini for the england game...and honestly carlos didnt perform his defensive duties at all....downing was drifting behind him all game with ease....i just hope that the goal didnt come from that side of the field

Well ah checking the scores religiously today and dam yakubu  aint show up.....and man utd had to salvage a draw...so the Fc Juma win it.....no love for the truff in the last few weeks...much congrats to him....so the selecao will have to look forward to next season and focus all my energy on the PCD title

Football is 90 mins..and as an Arsenal fan...ill fight to the last second....the truff is cming with a merciless team for my final gwk in an attempt to derail the Fc Juma....im giving it my all.....but as the 2 cents said....if i dont win it..im elated that the PCD are going 1....2....in the broader schemes of things...I and Fc Juma have allready won...with a league of 30 odd managers we were able to put 2 of our top teams in the finals...so good look Kareem...hope 3rd time is a charm for me.... ....

The Truff would like to take this moment in time/history to congratulate my fellow manager from the Picong Cyar Done league, FC JUMA...as we have done the improbable by having not only two managers from the same league in the finals...but the 1st and 3rd place managers of the PCD...this goes against conventional thinking where managers who were out of the running in the respective leagues thought they had an advantage of landing a final spot...seeing that they can make alot of transfers without care for league standing...
I am very proud..and glad for the overall integrity of this inaugural competition....where we have 2 excellent teams battling for the top prize...hopefully this may send a msg to other managers...it doesnt matter if you transfer an entire 11..at the end of the day...each manager has to figure out which players are in current top form..and choose accordingly....
This has been a great competition and idea to host such an event....and hopefully The Truff will be able to defend this trophy next yr...and achieve the double by capturing the PCD.... a league which i have led and currently am leading for several months now...ok Juma...lets do the final battle....

I remembered leading up to the 2006 World Cup....almost all the top ranked teams were playing these friendlies against lower ranked opposition...and there were the critics making comments about the true purpose of this tactic. I wasnt fortunate to see the game in any aspect...and Im not sure what kind of team El Salvador brought....but what is clear though is that Maturana  played local...and young players...with only one substitution all game...Maybe its to early to speculate...but this is the direction of progress....we have to give the youth a chance....we need a "TEAM" to take us to South Africa..and personally i hope that the core of our defense is local base players....Defense win matches...offense sells tickets...we need defenders to play together..REGULARLY..and develop that special relationship which all sound teams have with their defenders..
Similarly the truff is that the senior overseas players we have are coming to the end of their shelf life..and change is desperately needed within our national team makeup. As i said before..it may be to early yet to draw long term conclusions from this result.....but in competition a victory will always boost morale and confidence...whether or not the opposition fields what can be called a weak team...at international level...every team plays to win.....and we won..and that has to be motivational....we play Jamaica next....so lets march on and hopefully field the majority of the players from the El Salvador game..and see what time it is for Trinidad football

I think Sunderland just gotta start getting results from tougher opponents as Wigan and Birmingham are doing of late....and now even Fulham against Everton....Kenwyne needs to start putting away his chances..hopefully with Carlos back they can get that extra push to keep them up

one quick note....in the fantasy cup the finals supposed to be gwk...30...31 and 32....but now Juma and Real Poison tie...so im guessing the finals would be pushed back a week to accommodate the tie breaker?? can the appropriate authorities address this matter....The Truff awaits his opponent...
