Nah bro, I placed my order since Friday, my cart still showing Pending as of 20mins ago... From my understanding, islandetickets has a 24hour turn around time for approvals, but is flickin 72 hours now I waitin on approval
I even went to Sports & Games Trincity Mall to buy today as the press said it would go onsale at outlets from today... S&G staff didn't have a clue when tix would be on sale. I Finally called TTFA and someone said tickets would be on sale tomorrow after lunch at outlets.

One thing I must say. I've been really impressed with the Branding and Marketing Campaign done thus far by Clever Advertising, and from what I've been hearing, there are many more exciting projects in the works. I hope any change in Administration doesn't affect the work they have undertaken...

Did anyone try to purchase tickets for the game as yet? TTFA said tickets would be on sale online from today on islandetickets.com, however I'm logging on and not seeing anything available. Can someone provide any info. Thanks, appreciated

Good night Fellas,
I overheard a press conference held by Raymond Tim Kee tonight while driving. Please bear in mind I didn't hear it in its entirety, so anyone else that heard it, please feel free to add to what I've said or correct any errors.
Basically, He spoke about some plans that the TTFA will be putting in place in the near future. What really caught my attention was plans to give incentives to Soca Warrior Fan Clubs (I assume he was referring to SW.NET/WN) who support the games on a regular basis. He spoke about having a fee of $US100 which Fan Club members can pay annually and be guaranteed the purchase of game tickets before the average man on the street and also be given reserved seating in a dedicated area inside Stadium for Fan Club members.
This is something that I've longed to see happen, and welcome the ability for die hard members and supporters to purchase tickets before they go on sale to the average man.
I recall many die hard fans (some who don't necessary appear on the forum) had to fight up during important qualifiers on the road to Germany and Brazil. Many of these persons, who always made it there duty to attend games when the Stadium prob had less than 1000 people spectating, couldn't get a ticket for sold out games. This is really unacceptable and I'm glad to see the TTFA finally putting steps in place to offer an incentive to loyal supporters. Round of Applause

Was at game tonight:
Imho, the guys seem to perform much better on the road. We should have won this game convincingly, but It's tough to play in front a Trini crowd who don't ever rally around the team. I was in the uncovered and it was real sour vibes from people, only negatives, cuss, bad mouthing. I believe in energy, and trust me, the crowd gave off real negative energy, so much so, Kenwyn was stretchered off...
We have never had a 12th man in T&T Footaball we aways sit and wait for the fellas to make a nice play or score before the crowd gets into it, that has to change... If I was the TTFA I would put a rhythm section in all 4 corners of the Stadium and put real vibes men who jumpin non stop whole game to vibes it up like how Powder Posse does be... We can't afford to continue this Sunday morning church like spectator-ship. Just my 2 cents

Yuh right tho, that Stadium get real heavy when that girl went down in injury time... That Goal hurt, hurt real HARD, still hurting.. JAH! Ah cyah even begin to fathom how those Ladies feeling... All my years watching T&T play, I think this worst than 89 for me. Then I was only 9 and altho yuh sad, you still couldn't fully comprehend the enormity of what took place..
Country really need a Purge... God in Control yes...

Hopefully we see them in action leading up to the W. Cup, I'm sure teams that qualified will want to play us in preparation for the tournament. TTFA need to capitalize from now..
