i warned everyone about tim kee and all sport but no one listened, in fact, that's when the herd arose and i dismantled them, all of them...

it's time to wake up T&T
i think tim kee is doing his best ATM it's just that his political affiliation makes him and obvious target more or less for funding the federation. you must remember what keeps us back as a people is our pettiness and prejudices and if politicians decide to bury the hatchet then i believe a lot would be accomplished. nothing new here to see, just the same ole same ole. my only concern is if the coach stays or leave, i couldn't take another uprooting of the coach and another system introduced that the players have to adopt too. this would be a huge set back.

sando prince, i hope you are correct. was just listening to jonsey's interview and he didn't sound optimistic of the whole situation and i couldn't feel the optimism either. it would be a sin to see this team and the coaching staff not representing us anymore, of which i would rather lose this game than to lose the staff and the players simply because of the results and progress we have made under their watch. excuse me if i don't share your sentiment.

Coach seemed optimistic here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DEq9ZdEKifc&list=UUYjTv-40_nhaU5HVy5er3Ug

According to Jan the players are optimistic  https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=quAYT-56UQ4&list=UUYjTv-40_nhaU5HVy5er3Ug

So you probably the only one who is not optimistic   :beermug:

what do you expect, he's a pull stones  :D
i would be the first to admit to that hence the name. but it doesn't detract from the fact that the coach is severely unhappy and may leave soon after the final whistle. in a perfect world i obviously would like us to win but i will not sit here and pretend that this whole debacle doesn't augur well for the team spirit especially on the eve of a final, and also not knowing if their coach will stay or leave. that my friend of unnecessary pressure for everyone involved including us the supporters.

amen to that, but have you listened to jonsey's interview? it sound like we might be having another impasse only this time it might be player imposed if the coach leaves. jones said 99% of the players would not represent the country without hart at the controls.

my bad. i was trying to respond to socalion's last post and made a mistake and responded to my own. i am new to this workings of the site so excuse my amateurish mistakes.

this don't sound too good coming from jonsey. it seem like the coach has had it and has made up his mind to to bounce and the players also because of their loyalty to the coach wouldn't rep the country under another coach. oh dear look at trouble again for trinidad football.

somebody say bad oman?

Nah, some people on the forum getting butterflies before the game. Which we will win!!!!!
so i see you are a fortune teller as well? just remember that jamaica has been able to go up to the azteca and pull off some amazing results, they have also managed to beat the american team at full strength.
now im not saying that we can't win this game but with the added baggage of salary disputes and not knowing if the coach would stay or leave (me being of the opinion that he's gone as soon as the last whistle is blown) has to weigh heavy on the minds of the players and in my opinion is a huge distraction.

trinidad football is always laden with foolishness especially when we are in a good position to accomplish anything substantial, it seems like we as a people are afraid of success and now not being any different from times gone by (strike squad over selling of tickets and long drive to the stadium on game day, post world cup disputes 2006, 1974 championship team, recently the womens team) now this on the eve of a very important game. i say it would be nothing short of a miracle if we beat jamaica in jamdown and the coach decides to stay on of which im in serious doubt.

sorry guys i know im new here but i have been on this site for years browsing when ever i could. been a fan of local football and is somewhat familiarized with what has been taking place, and from where i stand what we are seeing here is still the effects of the old guard (TTFF). i honestly believe that timkee and phillips have the best of intentions but unfortunately that don't pay the bills. i think that the blame goes to the local business community who has shown no intent on supporting sports in this country and the MOS who's playing a game of political spite. as it stands oli camps has not only left the federation broke but also in arrears. while tim and phillips have to scratch and claw for what ever help they could musta, which is very unfortunate. nothing new T.I.T.

deeks not to be a spoil sport but im the consummate optimist who is always valiant in the face of adversity but look how many things we have going against us ATM, we are away to a hostile crowd, we are up against one of the best teams in concacaf who mind you, has a very solid defense, our defenders have serious trouble concentrating for 90 mins, and now his obvious distraction. now how in the world could i not be concerned, it would be silly of me not to.

very sad day indeed. i believe tonight may be the last time we see this team in action together with the coach steve hart. i have been watching his body language and it's one of a man on the brink. i think after tonight hart will part ways with trinidad football. hope to god that he doesn't but by the looks of it we could see another few years of the same crap that was experienced with AJ. warner and co after the 2006world cup, so freaking sad.

not trying to invoke negative energy into the sphere of things but how are the players suppose to concentrate with all this bachannal going on? im afraid to say it but this certainly doesn't augur well for the team and our objective of winning this tournament. IMO this is a bad omen that could only bring harm.  it just don't look good at all, so sad.

wow that was quick. i only just spoke of this a minute ago and here's the conformation. hope mitchell and who ever is along side him comes with their A game. would hate to see their predictions come through because of sloppy defending. i can't stand the boastfulness of those jkans and would love nothing better than to silence them in a humiliating fashion in front of their home fans.

ok mr reggaefan what ever you say. just remember those who take their opponents lightly often times fall in their snare. jamaica is a very solid defensive team and extremely unpredictable so unlike that rude fellow "lion paw" who said we were an eediat team, i on the other hand would not underestimate my opponent but acknowledge their strengths instead of their weakness and give them full respect.

went on the TRB site and saw that they have no respect for us....... as usual.  hope we poison them for their over confidence.  our central defenders have me a bit uneasy and i hope they come with their A game manana.
