salt since 2008 it looks like http://socawarriors.net/archive/FPATT.htmFPATT still exist? It should be flourishing now.......no?It ever had one? all that was required was for players to pay a small membership fee and that run everybody.
I agree with what you are saying but sometimes the maturity level just isn't there as yet for a young man and no matter what age sometimes we all need a strong support system around us.......especially during a life alternating move........making the adjustment from T&T into the real world is not easy for anyoneI like JJ....but gotta be honest here....if that clip is what he's going through on that trial it aint making no sense. Correct me if I'm wrong but he got 2 touches? One kinda scaredy header and another to throw in the ball. NOBODY passed to him...NOBODY. Poor JJ body language and all poor. His shoulders dropped.....I could only imagine what he going through....probably aint understanding one ass, nobody giving him a pass, he aint know what to do and he cant even get d chance to do what he could do (play ball). Any local up there with him?Flex right about those guys having some kind of support with them or they need a workshop on what to expect while on Trial.......otherwise Im thinking 2 things........he needs to assert himself (be more aggressive) and whoever running the training should/would make sure plays are running thru him to see what he have to offer........that's if an Invited Trial
That's for college. This is a big man game. It have so many other players waiting to come in and impress right away. No one have to make things good for you. They open the door for you now the onus is on you to find a seat, you can make some one get up or you can wait until someone tired sitting down.

Hey FS does the club have access to an indoor training facility?
I wish!! Facilities are scarce. We have looked at several options but they were either not suitable or not available.
be patient because I have no idea how a trial suppose to go on a professional level........I was thinking he would be training with the team and there would be a specific person to chaperone him during his time........who are DM and AR......are they team administrators? I not touching the race thing because I does always put kakahoolery and socioeconomic elitism before racism in sweet T&T..........from the individual posts in this thread I am getting the impression that the kid not recruited and was treated as such.......an afterthought to satisfy a favorI'm confused..........school boy had an appointment for a trial...........go to trial on he own dime.........and people too busy..........somebody other than the school boy needs to take responsibility.........that's fogged up no matter how you look at it
yep, you're confused.
A 22 year old man asked for a trial. He was invited to train with the team. He didn't do bad and was told by the coach to step up a little now he had settled in, but chose to go home.
He did pay his own ticket, which is normal. He stayed with family, 5 minutes from the club office. Severe weather meant training was moved to Port of Spain. We arranged for him to get a lift with Jan-Michael.
Several sessions were dedicated to game preparation such as set pieces, transition etc so he didn't take part. He was invited to play in an exhibition game and traveled back with other guys.
From what I gather, he didn't like Darren Mitchell (?) or Adrian Romain. Then he left without talking to anybody or having the courtesy to tell anyone he was leaving, although I understand there was a family emergency which he had warned me about before he arrived.
Just a usual thing in football that happens everywhere, but everyone seems to look for reasons and excuses. And how racism can even be considered is ridiculous.
The Association also described the “quality of the T-shirt, and especially the print” as “exceptional”, and said that the TTFA, in partnering with Native Spirit, had sought to ensure its brand was placed on “items of an excellent standard”.
