If I see KJ starting up front ah go cuss.

I believe offensive midfield is the position for him at this stage of his career.
For today's game Hyland at CB mightn't be a bad idea.

Anybody know the final 16?
start cussin

Riley Grant is another player we should keep our eyes on. Transferred from Akron to Penn State.

This team will do well....I think between DL and SC there is enough motivation and incentive for the team to surpass expectations. The one detractor is that SCF is on the bench and he will report everything to the Imperial fat one and therein lay the danger as he is on a self-serving mission that will ultimately set us back from whatever progress is being made.

Results trump everything. I took heart in the board attempting to fix itself after the Saintfet debacle. I am less worried about SCF every having the reigns of Senior Head Coach as 1. DJW set a precedent by recusing himself from any decision involving SCF for appointments within the FA. 2. SCF being part of the national team staff is now partly accountable for the results of the day which also impacts his own viability for the top job, we may even start getting better admin support given that he is in the mix.

I must admit I find it hard to think DJW will try to purposely undermine the efforts of our national teams. His shortcomings more reflect his competency as a president rather than purposeful sabotage.
He operates in his own self interest so that if the team's interest, development and objectives aren't congruent with his...then his come first.

this lorse for PSG worse than Arsenal lorse.....if I were a PSG fan I'd burn my shirt...that was a damn disgrace

I was saying the same thing yesterday. At least Arsenal had a mountain to climb and were IMO overmatched.  PSG had a 4 nil lead to begin and even got an away goal.  The penalty give away was very unintelligent. and the inability to buckle down knowing barca still needed 2 goals is inexplicable.

There has to be a wholesale shake up in both team and administration for PSG to retain any respectability as someone has to be held accountable. If I were a PSG fan the first thing I would be saying is that someone was paid off because they looked ill-prepared. Even Ligue 1 should be looking into it as it is a national embarrassment.

Shit..this rel depressin.....I've never met Weary but I felt that we were friends just from her interaction on this board. She was one of those people that deep down you felt and knew she was cool and real and that if you were to ever meet her that it would be greeting a friend.
RIP Weary

Another player on trial at Red Bulls eligible for T&T.

Bradley Nestor is an American-Trinidadian midfielder. He played at Bryant and Stratton Syracuse in 2014-15, notching six goals and seven assists, before a brief stint at Club Sando in Trinidad and Tobago in 2016.
You have to be careful with that...not every college should be and is a national team prospect

unless the mentality and player psyche changes what will probably happen is that we will play a little bit better but lose by a small margin and then we will start saying...what if we had done this..what if we had Tallest earlier..

Morace pointed out that players’ passes were inaccurate because of the techniques being used were not the right one. “The technique that they use is just random. The players passes were not accurate and the technique they use was not the right technique.

So let's look at it from this perspective both of us playing on the same team but every time I pass to you you make a nice trap but turn into pressure. What is happening there?

We often get the mechanics of the situation mixed up and call it technique but within every action lies a tactical consideration.

Technique is the execution of a decision.

What is technique?

Trapping a football, dribbling, possession, being able to pass, cross, first touch etc etc
Nope

The only decision that was made correctly by the ttfa ....

She has my support but even the previous coach had it as well.. she will do a good job or should if the dictator doesn't interfere

The question is, why isn't the men's program equally important ?

Happy the ladies will be getting a good coach.. the only good news in a while

I disagree she might be a decent coach but you have to think about about a couple of things
Who had more connections to coaches in American Universities ....the US college system ranks amongst the highest level of play for women
and young women under Pellerud would have had a chance at more quality coaching and a good education.

They will want to do well at the onset as they will be completely idealistic and not jaded by reality. As young coaches there will be that desire to prove themselves... Realistically I think there is more for them to lose given the meddling role of the TTFA.

so who are to be his assistants ...are the Imperial fat one and the terrorist going to have a say in this?  maybe the terrorist might just skulk skunk around like he did with Santeef and just undermine DL. Maybe a thread is needed telling DL why needs needs to have his own handpicked staff. (Sam ..Contro get on it)
