if the prediagnosis is correct, given the results of your mri, I recommend surgery all the way -- talking from experience.

if the ligaments not completely torn they may not have to do grafts and can just do some clean up work with arthroscopic surgery.

the main thing is post surgery -- you have to be very disciplined about rehab

professional rehab as well as going to the gym to build up your leg muscle (it will become very emaciated after weeks/months of inactivity) and finding a way to do cardio (on a bike to start) so you keep your weight down and stay fit.

also real important to stretch everyday post surgery --- I had mine a year ago and still getting problems... but i wasnt nearly as disciplined as I should have been, and only get serious in recent months.

VB, Coker is an uncommon name in my opinion, so that Coker at Fatima could be a relative unknown to me.

Anthony Coker is also the cousin of Shaka Hinds of St Mary's footballer in the 1980's, good enough but did not play for the Saints or T&T for religious reasons.

Bigup the youth coaches!!

Shaka Hinds went CIC bet '92 and '98 -- not in the 80s

Ayres could see that it have alot of potential power in being a big part of the formation of an organization like FPATT. The way he will move with a man like Kevin Harrison (who can have significant influence on his role in the organization) will be much different to how he move with ppl who he cant get anything from.

Hopefully he go show that he have the right motives.... only time does tell yes

to be fair i hear roger say the original estimate was 800 and something million  :'(

that estimate was for the whole complex given the 275MM estimate for the cricket academy, now that the cricket academy cost has doubled.. they will surely revise that 850MM estimate upwards.

I ketch yuh again

Go and do some work nah man!

damn...

Beenhakker will coach Feyenoord in playoffs

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, May 5 (Reuters) - Poland coach Leo Beenhakker will take charge of Feyenoord on a short-term basis in the Dutch playoffs for a UEFA Cup spot.

'This is a 'duty call' I can't deny,' Beenhakker told the club's website on Saturday. 'I will do everything to ensure the club play in Europe next season.'

The 64-year-old Beenhakker replaces Erwin Koeman, who resigned this week after the team finished seventh in the league.

The four sides in sixth to ninth positions playoff for one UEFA Cup berth and Feyenoord start out with an away game at Groningen on Thursday.

It will be the Rotterdam-born Beenhakker's third spell at Feyenoord.

He was previously a youth coach and also guided the club to their last league title in 1999.

After quitting Feyenoord in 2000, Beenhakker became technical director of arch rivals Ajax Amsterdam and also led Trinidad and Tobago to the 2006 World Cup finals.
