I don't know if this thread has been done before,  but it will be interesting to see where everyone's allegiance lies.

Also what are your predictions for this season? Many people on the Jets bandwagon.

Football / Start a Chant Thread
« on: March 30, 2009, 03:54:58 PM »
Alright fellas,
Based on the topic of the day I thought it would be a good idea to start a thread devoted to T&T supporter chants. Hopefully in time we can collect all of them and use them all in games. Feel free to be a lil creative here.
I'll start it off with the classic:

"T AND T; WE WANT A GOAL!"

I also like:

"WE ARE WARRIORS! SOCA WARRIORS! WE ARE WARRIORS! SOCA WARRIORS!"
I feel a stadium shouting that could really inspire the boys on the pitch.

Football / Vote of Confidence in Beenie
« on: June 01, 2006, 11:19:55 AM »
Men talkin shit that Beenie doesn't have the credentials to win in the WC.

I just want to let it be known that him taking us to the WC from last in the hex is a modern day miracle.
He has coached Ajax and real madrid so to question his ABILITY to coach at this level is not only ridiculous but downright insulting.

Allyuh who coachin from your couch or in front yuh computers need to get a reality check. He is the best coach ever to coach a Trinidad and Tobago football team. If we lose it would definitely not be due to poor coaching.

Beenie gets two thumbs up!

Football / A thought on Transfers
« on: January 05, 2006, 12:07:55 PM »
I just came to think of it,
maybe the clubs with the big money buy players just to prevent them from joining another team or from staying with their current team.
Consider Wright-Phillips. Man doh get any extended sweat yet Chelsea went after him. COuld this have been done just to prevent him from joining another competitor?
Just a thought I had

« on: October 17, 2005, 12:22:21 PM »

Football / Who is the fastest Trini player ever?
« on: September 16, 2005, 08:53:40 AM »
I was looking at our team speed and that led me to wonder about who was the fastest Trini player that I had ever seen.
I remember Nixon in his early days being really fast.
I'd like to hear your opinions

22
Football / Anyone tell me how Whitley looked?
« on: September 08, 2005, 09:46:43 AM »
I think he is the X-factor. He has the creativity to work behind the strikers particularly if Latapy decides not to come back for the next 2 games. He got subbed again but I thought he looked excellent on Sat

Football / Remember this

I posted this on Aug 30th

"
Fellas we have to understand. Leo IS PLAYING STERN.
No matter how much ish he play Stern is always posing in the team picture on the field before the match.

So y'all need to revise your squads to include the most prolific faller in the game today...
Stern John.

Having said that, (and I really don't think Stern should leave the bench)
Stern probably gonna score and shut us all up

......................Jack..........................
..............Dog............Sancho............
Spann......................................Avery
..........Birchall.................Whitley........
......................Latas.........................
Edwards..........Yorke......STERN.........

watch for the stern turn dis weekend

score Tri 2, Gua 1
Goals: Gua score first in the first 20 mins on a quickly taken freekick.

Football / owen get d shaft
« on: August 30, 2005, 07:34:40 AM »
how could a goal scoring machine like owen not keep a regular place in real side?
before they got robinho, he was their second best striker. He and Ronaldo were a devastating strike tandem. Raul purgin dat side a long time and it is because of him that Owen had to leave. I sure there are a lot of Owen haters on dis site, and I am not his biggest fan, but I think he should have gotten quality time on that squad. Now he playin for Souness who is an @$$hole

Football / WHEN we qualify
« on: August 22, 2005, 09:32:43 AM »
We ARE going to qualify and Beenie gonna get a nice Trini passport so he could vote in d next election.
ALL players who dis us: Zamora, Latas, J Lloyd.... are going to BEG to get call up to the WC squad.
We should take Latas as a sentimental pick, d man give us yrs of good service. But Zamora, who cyar even make his squad but still bussin style could ride. J Lloyd too.
Let's be honest, dese men aren't ronaldo or ronaldinho anyway, so fire for dem.
That second half, 10-man exhibition of effort and courage, combined with Beenie's increased vigor, has convince me that we makin it.

I knew Beenie was a good coach but I thought that he was sometimes just going through the motions.
I convinced now that the man is a real trini.

Football / i hate to admit it
« on: July 13, 2005, 08:50:06 PM »
Fellas i hate to admit it but Jamaica lookin alot better than us in this tournament.

Football / Will d real Whitley plz stand up
« on: July 06, 2005, 09:28:50 PM »
Will d real Otis Seaton / WHitley whaever he name is plz stand up. I see d man play much better than the shit he showing.
Stern play shit and throw away a sitter. What is new about that? Nothing!
Colin Samuel look good.
Where Cornell?
D Defense handle it. Birchie score a great goal.
We need to play the ball on the floor beyond the half line. The build up to half line then kick away to the opponents is not working in our favor.
Stern need to fake a injury.
