The selectors should use Baugh or Ramdin although they do not have a lot of experience.  Although they may not be ready for Test cricket, the experience will be good. The only way to get experience is through playing.  Browne does too much of sh*t on a regular basis.

Observer is correct about the recruiting.  Not only John D and Sando Tech recruited.  Prestige schools like Fatima, St. Mary's, QRC, Naparima, etc. recruited as well.  However recruiting is not limited to prestige and technical schools.  Other schools such as Malick, St. benedict's and Princes Town to name a few have recruited heavily in the past which has resulted in a lot of success. 
Recruiting is very important if a team want to be competitive because everyone is doing it.  One school (Presentation College-Sando) made a decision several years ago to not recruit and that decison resulted in their relegation to the senior division. Do you think the current powerhouses like St. Anthony's, Princes Town, Naparima will stop recruiting and end up like Pres?

The reason Avery was not selected on a regular basis under bertille is bertie said avery does not attack enough and he not doing exactly what bertie wants on the field (the question is what bertie wants) This is from a very credible source.

If Latas playing midfield, we can shift Yorke up front instead of Jones and put Theobald in the midfield.  I don't think have enough experience as a forward to start right now.  He and Stern coming off the bench might be a better option.  As for the defence if Andrews is fit, he should play instead of Anton Pierre.  However, it looks like Andrews needs surgery.

TriniInfinite you sound like you have major issues with gayle and hinds.  I hope you changed your mind about Hinds after he scored a double century. 
Last time I checked every man does bat for themself, I never see somebody bat for another person.  Communication is important when it comes to running between the wickets, so if you can prove that gayle and hinds are guilty of being run out on a regular basis then you have a point.

If Latas and the new coach feel that him playing will make a positive difference, then so be it.  Remember Roger Milla was 40 years old and scoring goals in the World Cup.  Don't judge Latas by his age.  He is still probably the best midfielder in TnT.  Theobald is good but he not on Latas level as yet.

New side look good except Avery is left footed, so I will play him on the left and Andrews as sweeper (if he is fit), and Atiba Charles on de right.  Although Lawrence had a decent game against Costa Rica, I still don't trust him.

Yeah true trini, i agree with yuh.  Bertie did his best based on his abilities, it was just not good enough at this point.  Even Jack Warner said Bertille brought a high level of discipline to the team.  At least the new coach have something to build on over the next 2 months.

If it was the case that Keegan was first choice and the players oppsoed it....that was a very good move.  Beenhakker seems to be a much better choice that Kevin"Quick to Quit and Complain" Keegan.
