If we were not able to beat bahamas we didnt deserve to go forward. Our football has simply not been good for a while. While i believe TF must go alot of these current players are lacking in quality. We are lucky to have not lost the game. Plain talk bad manners!

With DL and this current crop of players we are not making any major tournaments soon. Looked at the first half of   the game last night, we looked slow to the ball. When we had to ball seems the players wont sure what to do with it. Overall we are at the worst point in our football's history.I have to ask are we serious about this sport , you telling players couldnt travel because of vaccination cards??  Smh

Greetings all..havent posted in a while.. based on our gold cup performances i dont think DL is the problem these group of guys simply not good enough. Most are plying their trade in the pro league which the quality of ball is not good. Others play in the 2nd and 3rd division in leagues overseas. When you match this current side against quality oposition we are not going to win. Wont be suprise if guyana beat us they actually scored 2 goals. DL needs to start looking at another pool of players.

Like i said in another thread after the Guatemala game our defense is seriously lacking communication and chemistry which resulted in 3 of the 4 goals we got. We had a pretty solid first 35 mins or so then it started to fall away. Jomal and Winchester were not good especially Winchester listened to the commentary on i95.5 where they were pounding him was saying he isnt the standard of an international baller

Our defense had some communication problems  as a few times there was near clashes going for balls i guess the chemistry would get better the more they play together. Marvin had a solid game (except for the 2nd goal). I would still like to see what Ramjitsingh has to offer hopefully Hart gives him a run against USA. KJ and Molino were a bit off their games but we all know what they are capable of. Am anxious to see what our impact player Garcia does against USA Goodluck warriors

Stern John never went directly to EPL. He was at Nottingham Forest from Columbus Crew first, then transferred to Birmngham City who won promotion to the Premiership. Also IMO Bateau is definitely Championship but not Premiership quality just yet. Remember Oguchi Onyewu. He was in Belgium, rated by the USA and everyone in the CONCACAF region. When he got Newcastle he failed miserably. EPL is a different kettle of fish

Fully agreed still a relatively young man maybe in a year or so he would be ready after playing in turkey or which  other league he ends up in and gets a regular run for club and country.

Only looked at the highlights but 3 of the goals was due to our defense being very ordinary. Positioning of the keeper was also piss poor he didn't  provide much resistance at the back.Hope we fear better against Uruguay seems we are going to have problems coping with the south american fast pace style of play.

Two nice goals from KJ and Bakr , we had some very nervous moments and the back  and got some lucky escapes. I say again we really need to start looking for a better keeper!

We continue to improve offensively as scoring goals in the past has been a problem. Some work has to be done at the back as they were slow and caught out of position which resulted in 2 of the goals conceded . Jan wasnt that impressive today either, we need to find a better keeper. Overall still a great showing

Racing Genk is rapidly farewell Khaleem Hyland. At least that's the intention. Het Belang van Limburg reports that the Norwegian Stromsgodset told the midfielder.

Hyland recent weeks tried to decorate a contract in England. He tested at Crystal Palace and Cardiff City. Apparently he still could not convince all.

In Genk Hyland has no future. At Stromsgodset is Marvin Ogunjimi active.

A little disappointed but keep at it son, he needs the guidance of players who have been around to many a trial to give him some advice such as Latas, Yorke or even Lawrence. I dont think its an issue of his talent its about controlling the nerves and he probably needs a little more grooming.
