Football / Re: The unbiased evaluation thread - Jamaica vs T&T
« on: March 27, 2008, 09:01:53 PM »
First of all great reports by Touches and Tallman . The game to me was generally a poor one , the Jamaicans seem to be more speedy and powerful and they used this to great effect against Adams. First goal by Jam was a quality one . Both teams need to work on their defence the organisation of our defence needs to be looked at if we were properly  organised that first goal would not have scored. Jam has a very obvious weakness for set plays has Daniel exploited over and over. By the way Daniel is a nice find with his ability to take free kicks. Whitley captained the team well and his goal was superb . Our midfield did not do badly at all they just need to work on that final ball. All in all we are improving game by game . I would also like to commend Jam on their playing field it looked well prepared and taken care off. :beermug:

Well said Touches , I was very much disappointed in what i saw yesterday from germany to now it has been a steady decline we just keep moving backward . With regards to Spann and Theo , Spanns lack of playing time for wrexham showed greatly he needs to find a new club , Theo like playing in hungry is doing more bad than good for him all in all an extremely poor performance with the exception Jones and hyland to some extent

Football / What you all think Chris should do?
« on: April 21, 2007, 11:57:58 AM »
I have been meaning to post this for a long time since Chris is one of our most important player and be warming bench straight through. I think he should look for a move in the summer he probably will get a championship club the longer he stay at coventry he wouldn't find form and his fitness level would go down.He had a good start at coventry i remember him scoring a beauty against Norwich i think it was then he started to become in effective. Do you all think he would have been better of at Port Vale where he getting regular playing time? and i know they changed managers but this one is not giving him a chance either why?
