That is trueTotal football, Tiger has been playing wide left because he is left footed. Really a central midfielder where he played at Atlanta Silverbacks and for T&T but was put wide left for the USA game.

Arimanan, at least u cud say that HU was respected team. I presently attend HU and boy it is a shame....D trinis,yardies and africans cud pull together a team and beat d Varsity team, d basketball coach get fired and I want to know how Tucker is still d coach after a horrible season, there are enough talented players but the coaching is no good......Reminds me of T&T with Bertille

Rojas too slow, not even for the mexicans only...Tiger aint no speedster but cud hold his own, both he and Theobald are playing out of position. Tiger is a central midfielder, has been put to play wide left in the USA game and at RSL but Theobald is quite capable, no problem with who put, but I say go with the same startin 11.

*** A good left footed player is Tourcha Benjamin, good speed, excellent crosser, dead ball specialist, has a bullet and can run at defenders, he went to St. Benedicts College, younger brother of  Glen and Nicholas (Alpheus) Benjamin........He is in Louisiana right now, played a season at St. Leo

In response to Mr. Corneal's statement of Birchall that we need a playmaker of the kind like Latapy, Dwarika, or Jemmott. That is not

 true, because we as trinidadians like to see flashy players doesnt mean they are more effective. Trinidadians will walk out a stadium after

a football game and say with a smile " Yuh see how dat man get d cap from Dwarika" or " Yuh see d spanner Whitley hit d man" although

we lost the game. Teams that play through a playmaker are almost predictable, not of which the playmaker may do but they just put a

good holding midfielder on him to kick him up.( A Makelele or Gattuso ). Ronaldhino is a very skillfull and flashy player and his no look

passes can break down a defense. Lampard is just as effective to Chelsea as Ronaldhino is to Barca. And since we do not have any player

of the calibre as Ronaldhino, Chris Birchall should remain on the team unless he is underperforming.

Fellas, I totally agree with allyuh. I was very surprised when I heard this about Ince. Is this story confirmed? If so, I am truly disappointed, Ince never struck me like that kind of fella, his professionalism went all down the drain. Just as we back in the campaign u walk off the team. He got the pick over Shaka for Costa Rica and Shaka didnt behave like that. Ince you are a fraud, U aint a true warrior, I rather we play with d U20 keepers if men have that attitude. Shaka and Jack gonna hold d fort. Dis is d time to weed out d imposters.

Ince wouldnt walk out on Crewe cuz dem paying he salary, but say wah....

Germany 2006, we goin and I definitely believe it.

Kenwyne Jones originally started playing as a striker for St. Anthony's and when he was on the 2001 U17 team he played forward for the nigerian coach. When Simoes arrived he played defence. After the world cup he was used as a utility player, but played in a more attackin midfield role for St. Anthony's. For W Connection he played wing back......In my opinion, d man is a utility player and can be used wherever on the field to suit the coach and the kind of players that the team has. He doesnt need to be used on the right side for TnT because d right side safe. Charles and Edwards safe. He doh really hav no experience playin midfield at this level. So playin him in d midfield in front of Birchall, Whitely, Nahkid, Dwarika, Theobald might cause problems, it too late to experiment with him there  now. He has been playing up front in England and has been scoring, he extrememly dangerous on cross balls, has a wicked bullet, can hold up a ball well, defenders can't push him of the ball, can also run at defenders.........so as for right now in the campaign, I would leave him up front, but if Beenie Man sees it differently then so be it, he is the pro.

Andre Pacheco is a real good player... D man hav a wicked bullet, cud pick yuh out wit he crosses and he is a dead ball specialist.........D only ting he hav goin against him is his pace, and cud be detrimental against speedy opposition. ( which right winger you know if dat slow)....But good player to give a chance.

 In his hey day, Nahkid was a general in d midfield, not flashy as Latapy but very effective..........also liked the wing back pair of Rougier and Elcock was very intimidating, Blanco can attest to that.

Glad to see that Touches said there was an overall improvement in all departments. Ah go take dat we looked better in terms of tactics and hustling and lose rather than play shit and lose ( Antigua ). It seems that the gaffer is capable of gettin a team in such short time to connect with his ideas. Glad to see that Whitley and Theobald linked up well and Dwarika looked good, (who needs Latas when we got Whitley and Theobald) lol............Was Nigel Pierre dropped? Ah jus hope that the foreign based fit in well.

We cud only speculate about why Latas not returning. We are not mind readers so let us not jump to conclusions. I personally think it was a wise decision. If at 36 the man feels that his body not able to be coming to and from T&T not as a coach but as a player, then to me that sounds reasonable as he said in an article a while ago. He wanted to come and assist as a coach to groom the younger guys and he also said that there are quality players on the team. So I see this as a blessing as it is letting some youth get a chance. When Latas was now becoming the prodigy at the start of his career we didnt want him to be in anyone's shadow. So if Latas think it is time to pass the torch, wer should respect the man's decision............Russell Latapy thank you for the service that you have provided to Trinidad & Tobago, I wish you the best at newly promoted Falkirk, and the best of luck in your future endeavours.

Fellas d good thing about it is that we will not be playing Mexico at their high altitude Azteca Stadium, the match will be played at Estadio Universitario, in Monterrey Mexico. Don't know exactly how high above sea level that is but from what i heard it is not high at all, so altitude shouldn't be a problem..................Don't know why the mexicans did that is either the Azteca under repair or they see no reason to use the altitude as their advantage against us.
