I watched J Bostock play today and he looks like a box to box English player he would help T&T midfield a lot.
Is years we saying that breds, the man actually showed up to play in the qualifiers and his paperwork wasn't cleared....go figure!

But ent de paperwork was eventually sorted out but then he kinda blank we without really saying it?  Like he just kept not coming to join the team for one reason or another?  Is he or ah mixing him up with someone else??

During a brief conversation with Newsday, John-Williams said contrary to McIntyre's claim that the TTFA approached the embassy after it closed on July 31, the visas were already paid for on July 26.

John-Williams said the TTFA will "take its time on this one" but will "definitely" issue a press release identifying "lies."

This man is an A-grade A-hole!!.... :bs: :cursing: :banginghead:

Despite his legal woes, Warner said he was willing to once again help local football but in an advisory capacity.
“After 30 years in football, I will be willing to advise."  he said.

The Panama fans remind me of T&T fans in the Stadium against Sweden and England.....more noise and vibes than the opposition.....

Panama was excellent today against Belgium: they defended well, good ball control and passing, and attacked when it was possible. In this world cup, I am strongly supporting both Belgium and Panama, although for slightly different reasons.  My fondest hope (for this match) was that Panama scored at least one goal and not collect too many from Belgium.  Love the spirit of my Panamanian brothers, from the time the game start (or before) they are on their feet cheering, really into the moment. A long time ago, when I lived in Los Angeles, when you hear the Panamanian Association of LA is throwing a party, it is a real party. To me, the Panamanians are one of the very few groups whose party can match the real vibes of a good Trini party.

It is my fondest hope that Panama beat England on Sunday.

Panama beating England wouldn't be good for a match prediction game I'm playing on FIFA's website but I eh goh mind at all if they beat England.  Especially after seeing England play against Tunisia yesterday.  England lacking something in the final 3rd......and someone who could bend it like Beckham.....

THe biggest joke is the African teams have European coaches and playing European style football and always losing ...

Some common sense would be to start playing or developing an African brand of football instead of trying to play like a European club team

The matches getting more boring every 4 years with the same styles of football being recycled
I'm expecting Senegal to show up

This is why I am against increasing the number teams at the 2026 world cup, you will have more low quality teams like Saudi and you will see more shit performances like what we saw today. In the end the quality of the world cup will decrease if they increase the number of teams

Ent!

Like when that shit squad Brazil collect 7 from Germany in the last world cup... or when the next minnow Spain get 5 from The Netherlands

Football / Re: Ato Boldon Stadium Thread
« on: May 31, 2018, 05:00:33 AM »

The TTFA’s Annual General Meeting (AGM), which was scheduled to take place at 9am yesterday at the Ato Boldon Stadium, was postponed to June 13 due to the lack of a quorum. At least 24 delegates were required to be in attendance by 9.30 am for a quorum to be constituted. Only 21 members turned up and, in keeping with the TTFA constitution, it was confirmed that the meeting will be reconvened.

Who were the 3 missing delegates I wonder??
