Really poor defending on all the goals by Wconn...Cyrus and benjamin looked awful. Wconn have a decent knock but lost to a side that not good and should have put them away in mannie Ramjohn stadium. Britto and Jones played well while Shahdon threw away too many. Depressing and Caledonia is more of a disaster...

I agree with Mango Chow. Saying that Reina should have advanced may not apply as he did as time allowed. I can understand Omar saying this as he is a keeper and he knows that advancing narrows the angle and makes it difficult to score. These things happen in a split second and you have to make decisions quickly. I dont see that Cazorla goal as a big error either. It is highlighted because Reina has been in poor form for the past two years. Top keepers get beaten on easier shots, Cech who is a much better keeper than Reina got beaten on a few in the past few years much simpler to save than Cazorla's shot. Tim Howard and Shay Given also guilty of this. It was a bullet by Cazorla!

To Small Mag I say Pool also hit d bar with Caroll header and Kuyt throwaway a sitter from the rebound. IMO a weakish Manure side put out today...Fergie cah hide form it, Manure need a creative mid...CL final against Barca las season made that clear. Scholesy is great but he is 37...wouldn't have the legs to play a 90 all the time. Scholesy played deep as well and Manu also had a prob playing one forward...Pool started with 3 centrebacks with Carra playing in front the 2 stoppers...both attacks were poor, only in the last 15 did both King Kenroy and Fergie go for the win.

Not a great game

Dinho I know yuh happy,lol

Lets see what happens now...Minister is supposed to order the TTFF to submit a report accounting for this debacle..because govt funding went into campaign..our taxpayers money....if we are serious we need to revamp administration, systems and seek solutions and way forward. Best way: look at who has been successful recently, not established football nations. Take Uruguay..excelling recently at all age levels, do a case study, examine what they have been doing right, send a delegation there...add your local flavour...

Cannot blame Pfister to a large extent...bad system,no warm up games...football like a lot of things in T and T has been run like a parlour for decades and we are paying for it now...Administration is balls in this country...what we would normally do now is play no games and dont train for a couple years till Gold Cup qualifiers or next set of WCQ, no continuity... U23s offer hope as they fightin up with good sides and Eve is doing a good job. But we continue to let good age group sides break up instead of aiding the continuity...where are the u20s who played so well in Nigeria 3 yrs ago? Bentick,Juma, etc. integrate these guys into the senior setup now and build towards 2018

Angus has been doing great work with this team so far. Very important job to be U-23 or u-20 coach as they are responsible for grooming players for Senior side... I would hope that he and Pfister are on the same page...talent never the problem as this result again proves but administration of the sport is and always will be poor, general problem in T an T decades now - lack of ACCOUNTABILITY and TRANSPARENCY...sport and football is certainly not excluded

I agree with Small Mag 100 percent...Hector is versatile and can fit in anywhere in the attack in any formation.

Politics is playing a part in team selection. Hughton Hector should have started as he has demonstrated that he is of greater technical ability than most on the team a while now. Stern is overweight and past his best, we need to give the younger strikers a chance, I would love to see Toussaint in this team. Hyland was hugely disappointing in the first half....much better in the 2nd. Guilty of giving away the ball too much. Power made his entry into the national setup a few years ago as a clumsy rightback...now he is in the centre, I heard he improved but not impressed with him at all today. He is good in the air though. Julius James had a decent game, Molino was ok,expect more from him in time to come. Tinto was busy and he and Hector changed the game and added creativity and threat.

Overall , poor 1st half, Pretty decent 2nd half.

Man of the match for me was Peltier with honourable mention to Hector for his 2nd half.

When Birchall comes back for me he slots right in and either molino or Hyland is dropped. Carlos for Akeem Adams, Kenwyne for Stern.

Bermuda and guyana drew 1 all...

Observation: We looked much more compact in the 2nd half playing 4-3-3...less exposed in the back and Hyland looked great as the sitter in midfield. Also allowed more space for the wingbacks to get forward...Telesford looked good on the overlap, was not picked out when he made them though. He is a good utility player with a role to play...

So we start out of form Stern who is doing nothing in the Pro League and Keon Daniel who is not even sweating for the Philadelphia Union...and 6 stars cah play...but we lookin for dis and we shudn be shocked as we lost to grenada in the Caribbean Cup...no development and planning...what happen to the players from dat decent u-20 side that Vranes carry to the WC...hope they grromin dem for 2018? Or we waitin till qualifiers reach to organise, steups

Uriah Bentick and Robert Primus our 2 under-20 stoppers from the WC team of 2009. We should be looking to those 2...i understand Primus is injured.

We have a problem in the stopper positions...Julius James is we big stopper? Lord help us! Seon Powers is a very clumsy fella, should not be close to the national team...what of Uriah Bentick strong young stopper of the 2009 u-20s that went to the world cup? Understand Robert Primus is injured...we should be looking to those 2...

Great news...good box to box mid, played in the same Mucurapo side some years back with Atulla Guerra...actually thought Guerra was the better player but attitude play a big part where you reach...when we played England in the stadium Capello singled out Highland and wanted to know his name..

People,

We cannot get to South Africa with Maturana as coach. There is no structure and plan that you can identify on the field. What brand are we playing? Under Beenhakker you could have seen a plan and we had a brand. The team looked solid with a good structure..this compensated for a few men out of position,etc..

Now that this does not exist there is more talk about who should play and who should not...only man people berate under Beenhakker was Stern and Beenhakker insisted that he was a good player and look what he did against Mexico to get us to d Bahrain playoff...

I still believe Hyland and Trent Noel should have started..or at least one of them..Kenwyne and Scotland...and one day Guerra will have to get his chance..anybody who saw him against Panama will realise what a talent he is in midfield.
